Welcome to Devon. In this great little beach front home located in the Island Cottages you will find room enough for 8 to sleep. On the first floor there is a king bedroom with a tub bathroom. The Queen master bedroom is also on this floor. The second floor has a living room ( with a queen sleeper), dining room, kitchen, and a half bath. From here, you will go up to the loft area that has 2 twins beds. The back porch is screened and there is a boardwalk to the beach.
Devon is very close to shopping, restaurants, playground, and a new lighthouse park.
Sleeps 8: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa.

carpet and upholstered furniture dirty-need replacing, walls need paint, many electrical plugs don't work one porch lounge chair missing so manystraps couldn't sit in, downstairs screened in porch ripped.
