Also volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, canoe, paddleboat, and a fish-cleaning house can be used at no charge.
Just minuets away from small town shopping at Walker and Bemidji. Other nearby attractions include Paul Bunyan Land, Animal Land, Itasca State Park and many biking and hiking trails. For your dining pleasure there is a wide variety of restaurants available on the lake as well as in Walker and Bemidji.

Why the Owner Chose Bemidji:
We had been coming to the resort for years and really enjoyed the clear water and sandy shorelines of Cass Lake. Fishing, although challenging at times, has been very rewarding. The resort is very clean & well kept. When Mark (the previous resort owner) built the townhomes and asked if we wanted to purchase one, it seemed like an ideal situation.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The covered boat slip and large harbor is something we really appreciate. We like the many amenities the resort has to offer, or we can quietly enjoy the view from the porch overlooking the lake. You have the comforts of a modern home, yet you are in the heart of Chippawa National Forest.
