The condo is pretty new. The location is perfect and very convenient. A great stay, we loved it. We had a great time going down to the beach (just a short walk across the street) and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation. The only drawback is that condo can only sleep 6 adults, not 7 at all. Therefore I sleep on the floor for one week.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

First time to Maui and this did not disappoint!

Plenty of room, clean and comfortable (central air - yay!), ideal location if you like a low key spot. Access to groceries just a mile away at Napili Market, beach across the street and what a beautiful beach! Townhome was quiet and had everything we needed (bring cup filters, not cone!) including tons of towels, beach chairs and mats which help to keep the sand out of your shorts! Had amazing breakfast at the Plantation up the highway, we ventured into Lahaina a few times, lunch once at the Sea House across the street. Lots of runners/walkers along the road -nice run up to Kapalua. Property managers were great, very responsive to all of my questions and we got our deposit back so know it can be accomplished! We will definitely consider renting this again. Mahalo!

A very quiet complex. A short walk to the beach. Great beach, not too crowded. The unit is very comfortable. Good location to go to near by golf courses. A well stocked kitchen. Most of the towels were not clean when we arrived, we had to wash most of them ourselves. A very enjoyable stay. The beds are comfortable and we had beach chairs and towels to use during the stay.

Enjoyed Beautiful Condo for Family Vacation

We enjoyed the condo very much. The owners were very helpful with working with our budget and availability. It had a “hotel-like” quality to it, unlike some vacation rentals that are bit more “lived-in” for my tastes. We were a bit hesitant at first as there is no pool and our grandchildren enjoy swimming, but as it turns out they didn’t even notice. The beach is lovely and they spent all their time swimming in the ocean. I suppose that is what Hawaii is all about, after all!

Three couples comfortable stayed in this townhome. The location is walking distance to multiple beach entrances, the golf course, beach resort type restaurants and a small strip center with a general store, snorkel shop and small salon. The master bedroom is very large and spacious, the other two bedrooms are small, our group didn't mind as we didn't hang out in the rooms anyway. We took full advantage of the back patio and grill. The property owner was very friendly and easy to book with. I would recommend this location to families. We had a wonderful time visiting Maui.

A Wonderful Townhome Near The Beach At A Tremendous Bargain

My family & I arrived late in the evening and was pleasantly surprised with the townhome. It was spacious enough for the entire family. It had all the amentities we were looking for and then some. It was across the street from the beach as stated in the listing but it also came with beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys for the kids, flotation tubes, towels, toiletries, washer & dryer & much more. It really did feel like our home away from home and not just another hotel. It's close to shops and restaurants as well. Also, it's close to the best free snorkeling on the west side (Honolua Bay). We had a great time and it was well worth the price. We hope to go back to Maui again some day and when we do we'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for all your help & such a wonderful townhome.
