Rented this place in March and first part of April 2012. It is indeed spacious and very tastefully decorated. The sun room is outstanding and the bedrooms have excellent beds. Kitchen is wonderfully laid out and the views out the back patio and sun room are great. Highly recommend this place for your AZ warm-weather get-away. Nice owners too.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We absolutely loved this home and all of the Green Valley area. The pictures and descriptions are extremely accurate and the wi-fi is a huge bonus if you bring your lap top. We used our computer to keep up with emails and to explore and purchase tickets for the many visitor attractions in the area. We recommend getting involved in Green Valley Recreation Association activities including swimming, tennis, work out rooms, bocci ball, shuffleboard, numerous card clubs,a woodworking studio and first rate entertainment. Just about any activity you enjoy GVR has a group or club for you. Hiking in Medera Canyon is great for people of all abilities and we enjoyed the tour at the Titan Missel Musem. In Tucson you will enjoy the Sanora Desert Museum, Old Tucson Movie Studio and sports and other cultural events at The University of Arizona. There are five golf courses within 5 miles of this location and many other nice courses in Tucson. Check gofhub.com and golfnow.com for some reduced green fees. If you just want to relax, there is no better place than on the back patio taking in the breath taking view. We will continue to rent this property as long as it is available. If you want a great place to stay at a reasonable price, this is the place to be.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers.

About the owner: I spent three months in Green Valley, AZ in 2009 and fell in love with the area. Unfortunately, I am not completely retired so until I can really make my home in Green Valley I choose to share my home with friends, relatives and honest renters.

I rented for three months in 2009 and fell in love with the beauty of the area. The Desert Hills II location is elevated and provides a better view of the Santa Rita Mountains.

The view from the Arizona Room and patio of the mountains and Desert Hills II reminds me of the terrain and beauty of Italy. Also, the birds life is incredible especially the hummingbirds.
