  This house is very comfortable. It is well equipped, and provided our family (6 adults, 4 children), with plenty of room. The location is great being only a short bike ride (10 min or less) from the beach. In addition, being on a cul-de-sac with little or no traffic allowed us to feel comfortable with the kids playing ball and throwing a frisbee out front. It is also nice having both a front porch, and a back porch....you can always find a quiet spot. We did a little fishing in the "creek" out back and managed to catch a couple of small fish. Overall a fun vacation, and we'll certainly consider if for future getaways.

  Have stayed at this home three times and keep returning! It is an easy bike ride for a day at the beach and is a great place to relax in the quiet, due to the cul-du-sac street and giant screened porch on the back. A warning: don't lie down in the hammock unless you have time for a nap! We love the pool with the retractable cover and my wife, who is an avid cook, says the kitchen is completely equipped. We had a nice surprise during our stay this summer: lots of new beautiful furniture in the living room! The house offers plenty of privacy with 5 bedrooms and we have stayed both with several adult couples and our children and grandchildren.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This house was perfect for the 7 adults, 3 teenagers, and 1 toddler! The open floor plan in the downstairs was great for spending time together, while all of the bedrooms allowed us to get away and rest quietly when desired. The house had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We had a few glitches during our trip; however, the owners were very responsive and dealt with problems quickly. It was really important to us to have the pool since we did not have access to the pools at Night Heron Park. The beach was not really walkable with beach gear, but it was a very short car or bike ride. We had a great trip, and we hope to visit again soon.

  We had a wonderful week at this comfortable home. We've been vacationing at Kiawah for more than 15 years and this was our first stay at this property, but won't be our last. It was located on a quiet cul-de-sac which was a plus for us. No noise from the neighbors, in fact we didn't see either on the sides of us the whole week. The pool was great! Short bike ride to beach too. Lots of space for all.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This house was lovely inside and out -- very stylish, yet comfortable at the same time. The screened-in porch is great. We just had a quick, 3-day stay but it was a great landing spot. Would consider using it again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Our extended family rented this lovely home for the July 4th week-six adults and four children (ages 3-10). We had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each other's way. The bedroom arrangements worked very well with the mix of king beds, twin beds, and day bed. It was great having three full bathrooms, too. A bonus was to be close to Night Heron Park where many activities take place. The pool in the backyard offered a nice break from the beach-especially for two of the granddaughters who began to grow fins! I would certainly recommend this home for anyone who wants a quiet place that's near enough to activities to enjoy those too.

  This house was wonderful. The peace and quiet was perfect. Plus the food was really,really good, in fact too good. It was not crowded and the weather was great. I highly recommend this place to all. The house was perfect for a family or couples It was big and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all that you need.
