The Tree House on Lake Austin is a beautiful haven just minutes from Downtown Austin. Guests have all of the amenities of staying close to the city while enjoying full access to Lake Austin and the beauty of the Hill Country. This 2/3 acre wooded property overlooking the lake features over 92 different native varieties of trees and shrubs,and two small natural waterfalls.

The large, multi-spaced living room with its spectacular 32 foot ceilings framing a 250 year old, live oak tree is the home's namesake. A full dining room has seating for eight to sixteen. The kitchen has all amenities. Sleep in an antique bed the same as Abraham Lincoln's in the Oval Office. The large elegant master bedroom is nestled in the treetops, opening onto a private deck viewing the Lake. Bathe in an ancient Greek style Jacuzzi bath /dressing room.

Down the fern-lined hill is a natural waterfall complete with stalagmites. The private dock has a picnic table, ample seating, gazebo planters, and privacy screens. Discover the perfect place to relax,fish,float or boat.
