Beautiful 900 square foot fully loaded second floor end unit condo with sunny balcony in the morning through afternoon. Full kitchen with new washer and stainless steel refrigerator and glass top range. 2 full bedrooms with 2 full baths. Freshly painted with new living room furniture and 42' flat screen TV and DVD player. Master bedroom has Queen bed and 22' flat screen TV, private bath and door wall to the open balcony.The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own bathroom. Outdoor heated pool, enclosed heated pool and outdoor open jacuzzi plus gas and charcoal grills. We are located in the North end of Myrtle Beach about 10-15 minutes from the airport near the Dunes Club Inlet. Spring rates start at $575/weekly including linens, departure cleaning and taxes. We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. Your condo is great and we loved the balcony and courtyard view. My 3 year old loved your selection of books and my 13 year old son read one of the chapter books. We came with a group of 23 people and all rented condo's at different places. We had a wonderful and amazing stay in your exquisite condo. Your place is just simply comfortable and cozy. Our family was truly able to find the rest we all needed. The view on the mature trees of the court from the balcony is awesome. Everything was perfect: the beach, the entertainment, the people, the weather and the condo of course! About the owner: While vacationing in Myrtle Beach in 1993 we loved it so much we decided to buy our own condo. Our children were 3 and 6. One has graduated from Ferris State and the other one is in the Engineering program at Central Michigan University. We have seen many changes over the years but Myrtle Beach is still our favorite place to visit. Someday we may be lucky enough to live here full time.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Every time we come down to our condo we try to update something. We recently put in WIRELESS INTERNET and a stainless glass top range and refrigerator, plus new washer and, a new mattress for the sofa and twin bed, plus flat screen TV's with a DVD player in the living room. We also put a 22' flat screen TV in the master bedroom. We are a non-smoking condo and no pets are allowed. We try to keep our condo very clean with a beach themed, homey atmosphere so you feel relaxed and comfortable and want to return again and again.
