This 2-level home is exceptionally comfortable and offers excellent views of the redwood covered mountains. Inside is all new interior with an open kitchen and dining room area. The fully equipped kitchen features all tile floors, countertops and breakfast bar. The open dining room area has French doors leading out to a large sunny deck with mountain views, outdoor dining, and a gas BBQ. The upstairs also offers a bedroom, full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and a bonus room. The bonus room has a sofa bed, cable TV, and French doors. The terraced back yard is beautifully landscaped, the perfect setting for the 6 person hot tub.
Downstairs features a private master suite that offers it's own full bath with a double vanity & walk in shower. The master bedroom comes complete with cable TV and French doors leading out to a large deck. Mountain View is a fully equipped vacation rental located within walking distance to downtown Guerneville and the Russian River. We love the location, 15 minutes to the Pacific Ocean, 15 minutes to the best wineries in the Russian River Valley, and a 5 minute walk to downtown.
