Come and enjoy our beautiful, non-smoking townhouse in pristine Cassine Gardens just 200 (short) yards from the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green water of Seagrove Beach. This private, unique, townhouse community is located off the beaten path about one mile from architecturally renowned Seaside where the "Truman Show" was filmed. The unit also has wireless, high-speed internet access and a new washer and dryer.
Your family will be thrilled with the many amenities offered in Cassine Gardens. This townhouse is adjacent to St. Joe’s State Forest National Park with miles of hiking trails, which can be accessed from our back deck. It includes two pools, two tennis courts, and a basketball court. There is a stocked fishing lake with a wooden walkover bridge where your family can enjoy a cookout or picnic under the large gazebo. The secluded setting includes flower gardens, huge trees, water fountain, walking paths, and is wonderfully landscaped. You will feel like you've found your own private sanctuary. All this, and only 20 miles from Destin.
Our unit has two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, one-half bath downstairs, kitchen, large dining room, and spacious living room with TV DVD/VCR, Stereo system with 3 CD player, and queen-size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has comfortable queen-size beds with TV/VCR, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking ancient cypress trees and a large banana palm. The master bedroom also has a pull-out sleeper sofa that will sleep one to two people.
We have a fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook including a new refrigerator, new large oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The dining room has enough room to seat six people comfortably. After dinner relax with your favorite beverage on the deck off the living room or take a stroll along the attached boardwalk, over the wetlands, and into the walking trails of the State Park.

Friends introduced us to Cassine Garden when our children were young. We have spent many family vacations here. Our kids have always enjoyed these vacations because there is so much to do and see. Now that they are older, they enjoy going to Seaside on their own. And so do we.
