Our charming, classic Cape Cod features 2 bedrooms downstairs (each with a double bed) and an unfinished, dormitory-style 2nd floor with 4 single beds. There is 1 bathroom downstairs (with bathtub) and a half bath upstairs. Outside the back door, there's a fully-enclosed shower and changing area.
The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining room with large table, a living room, a front patio, and a large patio out back -- perfect for family gatherings and BBQs. The front patio is furnished with 4 Adirondack chairs, and the rear patio has a picnic table and a gas grill. We also boast an herb garden and heirloom tomato garden (both organic) and a well-cared-for, pesticide/herbicide-free yard.
The house is on the oceanside of the blvd (1.5 blocks from the beach), so you can reach the beautiful, white-sand beach without crossing the main street. Included are 4 seasonal beach badges, 4 comfy beach chairs, and a beach umbrella - everything you need for a relaxing day by the sea.
Leave the stress of driving behind, since this convenient location is just a one block walk to ACME supermarket and the island's only movie theater. And best of all, it is only 2 doors away from the Skipper Dipper ice cream parlor!
The entire first floor just had new wall-to-wall carpet installed in May. In addition, a new 37-inch wall-mounted LCD TV was just added to the living room (HD cable and WiFi internet are included in the rental price).
This is a non-smoking house, renters must be 25 years or older, and no shares are accepted.
