Main floor: large kitchen with breakfast nook (seats 8)-family room; formal living room; dining room (seats 6); sun room; walk-in pantry; full bath. fully-equpped kitchen (natural cherry): gas cooktop (5 burners), double oven, microwave, dshwasher, refrigerator/freezer, espresso machine; deck (2 tables, seating for 10).
Second floor: master bedroom (queen-sized bed, sitting room, fireplace, full bath, walk-in shower, whirlpool tub); 3 large bedrooms (1 queen, 2 doubles), 2 full baths, laundry
Basement: recreation room sleeps 4, full bath. Linens/towels. pool table, darts, foosball
Maximum 12 people.
Damage deposit (usually $300, 2 wks before arrival, returned w/in 1 week).
No RVs (neighborhood covenant). No house parties (sorry; we had a bad experience). Minimum age for responsible party = 25 (must be present).
3pm check-in, 12pm check-out
Great base for hiking/canoeing; the Appalachian Trail is on that first ridgeline in the photo! Golf/tennis nearby.

The Unique Benefits at this HouseThe house feels huge with many windows looking out to the mountains. The main kitchen and living room area draws everyone together, yet the large bedrooms provide privacy and the finished basement is filled with fun.
