The property was very clean and well maintained, in a quiet resiidential area, and very convenient for shopping and the beaches. Gina, Bill and Becca were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We even got help from Fraser's sister hen we had a problem with our laptop, which worked after her advice. Thank you.

Everything was great except we could have had cooler air than 75 degrees as it was extremely hot and humid while we were there. Bill & Gina were really nice and take great care of the property. As Bill knows, the pool apparently has a leak and we had to add water each day. But we loved the house and the area was wonderful for us and convenient to all our needs.

My husband and I and another couple stayed here over Labor day weekend. The house is beautiful and Very clean. The pool was awesome and bigger than it looks in the pictures. If you like to cook this kitchen was very well appointed. We found everything we needed to cook some amazing dinners on the grill. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and it is a quick drive to St Pete Beach. Publix supermarket is very close and they have lots of items for the beach.Try the burgers at Sandbar Bills beach bar (Bon Aire Resort) very tasty! The communication with owner Fraser was fantastic and we received our damage deposit back very quickly. We will defiantly be back when we need to visit our favorite beach in Florida and escape the tourists of Orlando! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The villa was exactly as we envisaged and we enjoyed every minute of our stay,very well equipped and ideally located for our needs. Loved the pool and garden,and the added wildlife attractions! Had a plumbing problem that was instantly sorted by the extremely helpful maintenance man Bill ably assisted during our stay by his son Billy who ensured the property was well maintained. The whole surrounding area is full of activities and attractions with enough restaurants to satisfy any tastes. Would not hesitate to return to the villa and would recommend it to anyone without any hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. It has everything you need. It is perfect for families with young children because the pool is right there, instead of having to pack everything and go. It is also close to shopping. Walmart Superstore is only about 5 minutes away. We always stayed in Condos on our trips to Florida but we wanted to try something different and we are glad we did. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Our first impression after walking in the house was that the photos we saw on line were not only accurate but the reality was better than the pictures. Everything portrayed in the description was accurate and our family thoroughy enjoyed the amenities of this large home. Not only did we enjoy the house and the pool, we also enjoyed the quietness and friendliness of the neighbhorhood. In addition, our pet dog enjoyed the enclosed yard and took delight in playing in it. The house and property was well maintained and it was nice to see the caretaker of the house on a weekly basis. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family and any other family looking for a vacation home.

The house was very nice and very clean. close to most everything. Frasier was always quick to answer any questions. Our small dog loved the lanai. Enjoyed are stay and the weather was super nice. Hated to come home. I'm sure the pool would be greatly appreciated during the summer. Also had an orange and a lime from the fenced backyard..

The home was completely as described on VRBO. The owner, Fraser and his friends, in Florida were very helpful. We have family in the area, we had several gatherings, lots of room for everyone. Anything we needed was already there. We had our 2 Boston Terriers with us, they loved the big back yard, lizards and all, totally secured with a privacy fence. The pool wasn't quite warm enough, but the grandkids thought it was fine. We hope to go back next year.

I stayed here at the beginning of November with my family and the 4 of us could not have had a better time. The house is spacious, clean and luxurious. There is WiFi and it's fast. There are all mod cons. There's a large garage to keep the car cool in. The best thing by far is the pool. Accessible through the living area it is well designed and heated! We used it from 9am until 5pm everyday. The bed in the master bedroom is a super king size with an unbelievably comfortable mattress. It is located close to shopping malls, the lovely beaches and theme parks in Tampa. I will be returning next year and recommend this charming house to anyone visiting Tampa.

We travel to Florida twice a year and have stayed in a few condos and hotels, this time we thought we would try a house with a pool. It was definitely the best choice, the house had everything as described and more. It was clean, well kept and the pool was perfect. We travelled with our 17 month old and she enjoyed every minute of our week long stay. The people taking care of the house do a great job and are very nice, we had a minor issue with the wireless when we arrived and in minutes they were there to fix it. The only thing I hate about recommending this house is that it won't be available when we want to return as this is top of our list!!!! Many thanks, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

My four sisters and mom stayed here and had a fabulous time!! The house (very clean) and pool were perfect and exactly what we were looking for in Florida. It's in close proximity to shopping, beaches, activities (i.e. Busch Gardens), etc.. tons to do for people of all ages. We spent a lot of time in the amazing back yard, with the pristine pool surrounded by lush Florida vegetation. This was my first time renting from vrbo.com, and the owner made the experience so great by alleviating any worries I had and answering my numerous questions. Wonderful --- I highly recommend this place to Flordia vacationers!!

Visited St. Petersburg For Family Reunion...

We arrived to the house late night on the 17th of Aug, once we opened the door we knew we would have a relaxing time. The home met our expectation and more and the neighborhood was great. We were visiting for a family wedding, a sweet 15 and a family reunion. We were able to host the family reunion in the home and everyone had a great time. The pool was a huge plus for our 18 year old daughter we almost slept pool side, The beach is just minutes away and it was beautiful, clear blue water and white sand(much better than the dirty Jersey shore)... Fraser,thanks so much. Set up was very easy and it was a joy that we didn't have to call or bother your caretaker... We recommend this home to all and we will be back...

The best place you could ever rent for vacation. Very clean has everything a family with kids needs to survive sometime away from home. You name they have it, from strollers to games and etc... Recommend 100%. Located close to the beach. Wonderful place

Perfect vacation home

Our family of four (including children ages 7 and 9) had a wonderful time in St. Pete last week. The property was well maintained and exactly as pictured and had everything that we needed to enjoy the pool and the nearby beaches including pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked also. The home was clean and beautifully decorated, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants, beach, and access to theme parks. We visited Sea World and Busch Gardens and several beaches, but I think our children enjoyed the backyard pool most of all. Thanks so much for all of your help and for letting us stay in your home. We hope to be back soon!

I highly recommend this home as a vacation rental. It was indeed home away from home. It's close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We have 3 teenagers who loved the house and wanted to hang out there rather than going to Busch Gardens. They spent most of their time in the pool and on the beaches. The house is exactly as pictured and then some. With a family of 5 we have rented many homes and condos, this house is by far the nicest we have rented. The kitchen was fully stocked, so I didn't have to pack all of my kitchen cookware to prepare meals. There are 2 lime trees in the backyard that had delicious sweet limes on them. Our dog loved chasing the lizards, as well as visiting the pet friendly beach. St. Pete's is a beautiful area and the house was perfect. Fraizer was great to work with and we will certainly visit again. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent St Pete vacation rental!!

We just returned from a week long stay in this rental and couldn't have been happier. The home was perfect for our family of 4. The house was just as described in this listing and had everything that you might need during your stay plus lots of extras. We spent alot of time at the beach ( only 5 minutes away) but the pool was so nice to come back to. This was the best vacation we have had and we would definately love to return next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us! PS-tell Bill thanks for his restaurant suggestion...the best meal of our trip!!

We had a wonderful week in the St Pete area. Fraser's house had everything we needed for our little family (2 adults and one baby). We enjoyed the wonderful pool and the lanai. It is well located, in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Our weeklong stay was not enough (2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog). The house was very clean and newly furnished as described. Also, the pictures don't do the pool and backyard justice. It is both private and relaxing. The owners were very easy to work with and we have absolutely no negative comments about any part of the experience. The location is great as you can easily get to beaches, Ft. DeSoto and dining/shopping. We will be repeat renters of this property.

Amazing stay at an amazing home. All the amenities of home plus the beach. The pool, proximity to the beach, and major metropolitan areas just a short drive away made this house ideal for me, my wife, and more importantly our dog :). We would definitely stay again. Thanks again Fraser!

We stayed here for a week. We did get lost in the neighborhood. But once we opened the door of this lovely house all was forgotten. The house is beautifully furnished and the pool was a wonderful bonus. We spent most of our time at the pool. Only going to the beach twice. I have let all my friends know of this fabulous place. We will definately stay again.

For traveling with two dogs, this house couldn't have been more perfect with a fenced in backyard. The location was perfect for going to the beach, shopping or, jumping onto the highway to visit other areas. It was a most enjoyable two weeks.

We were grateful to find this "hidden jewel" that was so close to the major arteries leading into Tampa, Sarasota, St Pete Beach and Ft. DeSoto. It made our travels to shopping, airport, restaurants and beach extremely simple and convenient. Being pet friendly was a major plus! We stayed at this property during one of the five coldest December's on record for St. Pete and stll had a great time. While we did not get in the pool it was kept clean and looking out at it and the reflection it made on the ceiling of the lanai was wonderful. There are orange trees and a lime tree in the backyard and our dog loved roaming out there. The property was exactly as described with new furnishings and very well maintained. The location could not have been better. It is so close to everything, including grocery stores, restaurants, malls, beaches,the outlet mall, sport venues and the most wonderful Italian market called Mazzaro's I have every been in. There is also a local contact if anything is needed and when a dental emergency came up it made such a difference to have someone for a reference. We could not have been more pleased with the trip. Once again a big thanks to Fraser, Gina and Bill

I stayed in this home for the month of Nov 2010, and that's a very accurate term for it... a "home", immediately welcoming and comfortable, very attractive, tasteful and clean, a place where you'd consider living full time. Both the owners and local caretakers are very friendly and responsive to any needs you may have. The house is equipped with everything you need, plus extras you wouldn't necessarily expect in an rental. The lanai and pool are wonderful bonus features, where you'll likely find yourself spending a lot of time. The location is very convenient to beach areas, local shopping and eateries, and also to major roadways for quicker access downtown, etc. You'll definitely enjoy your stay here.

I can't say enough positive things about this lovely property! Ths home is beautifully and newly remodeled. The kitchen is appointed with everything you need :) The furnishings are gorgeous... the bed is comfortable... and it's so clean and well maintained. And of course... the highlight is the pool! The backyard is it's own tropical paradise. I spent everyday on my pool float listening to the palm trees rustle in the wind, and enjoying the sunshine! Not to mention the location is very close to the beach, interstate (if going to Tampa, Sarasota or elsewhere), grocery, pharmacy, yet in a very private, quiet neighborhood! I know the area very well (live in St. Pete and took a "Staycation") and you won't be disappointed :) Thanks to Fraser and Mary for a great, relaxing week !!! :)

Fantastic House Fantastic Location Here is my review from our vacation. Everything was as advertised, new and clean. Location of the house is great for the beach 5 min away, close to shopping and attractions. We had the best vacation I have had in a long time. This was a very easy rental. You can trust Fraser he had everything taken care of, I have no bad comments whatsoever. Pool is great, nice and private. I would definitely rent this house again when we go back to Florida, if it is available!!!

Very nice vacation home. As a vacation home property manager in Orlando, I found it wonderful to finally find such a well appointed home at the beach for my own holiday. I tend to rent in the St. Pete area several times a year and normally put up with run down "beach" properties, however this one was done to a much higher standard. Hat's off to the owners for bringing the luxury standards of the Disney area to the laid-back beach environment!

Our family stayed in this house two weeks in August and had a wonderful time! The house is better than described and the pictures don't do it justice in my opinion. Everything is or looks brand new inside [some of the furniture & dishes looked like the had never been used] and the house was very clean. The house, yard and pool were all well maintained. Someone comes weekly to clean up the pool and care for the yard. Having a pool in the backyard was a MAJOR BONUS, our kids just LOVED it! The fenced in backyard is very pleasant with much vegetation (beautiful trees, flowered bushes for color) providing privacy from the neighbors as well. Grocery stores, Blockbuster, CVS, restaurants, Automotive repair... are located within minutes. We actually walked and rode our bikes to the local Publix several times (2 minutes by car, 5 on bike, and 10-15 walking). The house is only 5 minutes from St Pete Beach and Passe-a-Grille beach, which offer lots of public parking with bathrooms and showers. There you can rent wave runners, boats, go parasailing and more... Under 10 minutes away is the wonderful DeSoto park, with its historical fort,beautiful beaches, trails, campground, 1000ft Pier, and Ferrys to nearby Islands... AND important to us a Dog Beach and Park with showers to rinse the pups off after some fun in the sand! DeSoto is also a Great place to ride a bike! We took our dogs there several times and I enjoyed early morning rides at DeSoto. There are plenty of things to do/see: Dali Museum, St Pete Pier. The list goes on... I recommend you eat at Sea Critters, a little restaurant by the water with great food, reasonnable prices and a dock for the kids to hang out on and feed the fish. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner and he answered all our questions right away. Communication was great! The whole process was worry free and painless! I HIGHLY recommend this house with no hesitation! Brice

This is a simply wonderful vacation home in a great location. Our family enjoyed our stay. The home is very nicely furnished and has everything you need. The pool and backyard are perfect for relaxing. We also had days filled with fun activities because of all the area has to offer and the beautiful beaches all very close by. Our overall experience with the property, property owners and management was so great we award it a 5 star rating.
