This unique beach house is being offered for rental for the first time on a limited basis. Unique because this house was built 'upside down' - kitchen, dining room, living room, master suite are all on the top floor. Another master suite is located on the first level along with 2 other bedrooms, laundry, and a study. You will be amazed at the view from this home! There are decks on 2 levels and the first floor deck wraps around 3 sides of the house. Because this house was originally built for the owner's own use, there are extras too numerous to mention.
In order to maintain the quality and appearance of this beautiful home, please note that occupancy is limited to a MAXIMUM of 8 people. No exceptions will be made. Also, please note if you have small children or toddlers that there is a large open stairway leading to the top floor living area. Children need to be watched carefully!

We have stayed at Ocean Lakes Campground many times over the past 20 years and this home is by far the best there is. From the fantastic Ocean front views to the spacious rooms this property is perfect. We enjoyed awakening to the sound of waves and the view of the sunrise from our bed. The multi-level decks are perfect for enjoying the unobstructed view of the ocean with the lower deck providing shade from the hottest parts of the day. The kitchen is appointed with all the necessary items for preparing our meals and there is also a gas grill under a covered deck which was great when the afternoon showers came! One of the best parts of this home is it's location. It is located away from the "parade of golf carts" as well as the basketball hoops and all the noise. It is perfect location for enjoying all the beach and the campground has to offer while allowing an escape from the noise and commotion from the rest of the campground. The home was very clean and in good repair when we arrived. The air conditioner kept the house very cool even on the hottest days. Sandy is a fantastic host and was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this home for a fantastic family vacation that will provide memories to last a lifetime.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
