Visiting from the UK we found this apartment in a great location and good value. It offered us a good amount of space and privacy. it was well furnished and we loved having two separate bathrooms. The kitchen was well equiped and some thought had been given throughout the apartment to the sort of things that visitors may need. On site were two hot tubs that were separated by a privacy screen. The condo location was very good, just a few minutes up the street to the Resort Centre and lifts, and again, about 100 yards from a bus stop into & from town. Using the local buses, we were able to leave our car behind and not worry about having a drink. Grocery and other stores are just a short walk or drive away as are the other ski resorts, Deer Valley and The Canyons.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

I started staying with Don & Rosemary in 1990, and would highly recommend any of their units. With Don & Rosemary you know what you're going to get, and it's always good and never disappointing. Location: Silver Cliff is a 5 minute walk to PCMR (without skis & boots) and you can walk into town for groceries or dining. I always get a rental car as its the same price as the shuttle and provides me flexibility (ski multiple areas and going to the State Store). Spacious: this is a large 2 bedroom unit and a welcome relief from the typical "tiny cramped ski condo". Service: whatever you need, Don & Rosemary happily provide. Whether its discount lift tickets and ski rentals, ski trails, restaurant recommendations, replacing broken stem ware... If you have a question or a problem, they have a solution. Their service and attitude really set them apart. Honesty: the condo really is as big, nice, clean and well appointed as the photos and description. You won't be disappointed or surprised when you walk in the door. This condo is excellent for a family with 2 kids.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.
Owner response: We have hosted Jeff and Janice before they were a family, before they were married! (Moreover, before Don and I were married!) 22 years now and a lot of ski turns. Back in the day Janice was introduced as "my girlfriend", then "my fiancé", and then "my wife". Now they come to Park City with two teen boys in tow. Part of what makes this enjoyable for us is making friends and renewing those friendships each winter when they return to Park City – catching up on their life, and sometimes doing some skiing together. We are most thankful that we are able to provide the level of service that brings folks back to Park City. With this family we have the pleasure of watching their children become wonderful young men. Our condo at the silver cliff location in Park city was fantastic. Our unit featured beautiful fresh decorations, granite counters, and all the amenities we were interested in. The location is incredible. You can walk to the mountain resort or take the car or take the local transportation anywhere you need to. It was a great value and we will try to come again to Silvercliff.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our third time staying in this condo. Everything is always ready when we come in from traveling from the east coast. Rooms are large. The overall feel is cozy. We like the idea of being able to go to the grocery store and go right into our condo since it's on the first level. Don and Rosemary are a pleasure to work with. They make the rental process easy and stress free. You can't ask for a better location to the mountain.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are fans of Park City for the variety of skiing and the small town atmosphere. A day on the ski hill, or in the backcountry on snowshoes, makes our day. To see why locals enjoy the winter - even away from the ski runs, come join us on snowshoes or cross counrty skis for a half day tour.

Silver Cliff Village puts an x in the box for location (2 blocks to ski, 5 to Main Street); condo size (this one is 1,450 square ft with space for maxium privacy); amenities (fireplace, hot tubs, wi-fi, heated secure parking), and just an overall feeling of openness and luxury that is heads above dark, dreary, noisy condos.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Location and size are first priorities with our Guests. Boring as it may be - the washer/dryer inside the condo is a huge plus! Not sexy, but a must. A wood burning fireplace in a well spaced living room, and a separate dining area please our family and Guests. Each bathroom has two vanities - total of 4 - and it is hard to express how needed this is unless you have tried to elbow your way to a sink to brush your teeth! In a few words, we love Silver Cliff for fulfilling our needs and pleasing our Guests and family.
