Gulf side condo with new owner’s who have recently remodeled and redecorated the condo in spring of 2010 on the 11th floor with spectacular views of the beach. You are right on the water with no roads to cross or traffic to fight to enjoy the white sandy beaches. You have great views of the gulf, beach and the bay. The balcony has a wonderful view with sliding glass doors to enjoy the view in the cold winter or enjoy the warmth of the sun during the summer. Enjoy the views all year around at the new patio table while having your morning coffee or in the afternoon enjoy the sunset while you have dinner.
The kitchen has been remodeled with the latest features for dining while you vacation. Corian counter tops, sub-zero refrigerator, new cabinets, appliances and a great gulf view while preparing your meals. The dining room offers views of the beach while you eat. The living room allows for evening enjoyment with a flat screen TV/DVD.
The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk in closet with sliding glass doors to allow balcony access. The second bedroom features a king size bed with TV/DVD and the third bedroom features two double beds with a TV. Bathrooms are spacious offering a walk-in shower in the master bath and a shower/tub combination in the hall bath and plenty of tiled counter space. There are ceiling fans in living room bedrooms, and the balcony. There is a stackable washer/dryer for your use.
The private beach offers canvas chairs and umbrellas for rent. Shoreline Towers has a heated pool to enjoy year-around with a fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts and basketball area. We are located on Holiday Isle on Gulf Shore Drive. Big Kahuna, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, restaurants, grocery stores and great fishing are all close by.

Three Sister's Summer retreat. We started coming to Destin in 1978 and have loved the beach and Shoreline Tower due to the spacious units. When deciding to invest in a condo, we shopped other locations and always came back to Shoreline Towers. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do when we have a chance to visit. We had a wonderful trip! Booking was easy. Owner was very understanding and flexible to our needs. Unit was very nice. All 3 rooms were very spacious. Furniture was nice. Big balcony with amazing view of the gulf. This is one of the few condos at shoreline towers that have direct view of the beach. We will be back and will recommend our friends too!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We recently stayed in this unit and everything has been updated. It is beautiful and very comfortable. The view of the ocean is incredible. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
