  The condo is perfectly located in N. Kihei close to the beach, groceries, restuarants and all the routes to get around to other parts of Maui. The complex is quiet and nice mix of tourists and residents. The onsite management staff is freindly and helpful and Susan is as attentive as you need her to be. The tropical garden setting is lovely making a cocktail on the lanai a nice way to wind down a perfect day in paradise. We really enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend it to others.

  We love this condo and the complex! The unit was clean and ready to go, with all the small staples you need to settle in before the grocery store. Laundry facilities in the unit, along with a good supply of detergent, is a huge bonus for us. The kitchen had every utensil or cookware we needed, and the barbeque area was great. Our rental agent, Susan, stopped in a few times during our stay, just to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and to see if there was anything we needed. She is great to talk with and has a wonderful sense of humor. She gave us a few tips for places to eat and things to see. She is one of the few agents that takes that kind of time or pays that kind of attendtion to detail from our many trips through vrbo.com to various locations. We book this condo every year because we know she will have it all ready and waiting for us. In addition, the resident manager team is one of the best in the business! Super friendly, and on top of everything! They look after this property with pride, and it shows!

  This condo worked very well for us. It is updated and roomy. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was convenient. There is an uncrowded beach across the street which made the ocean easily accessible, even for a quick dip. We didn't feel a need for an ocean view on this trip and opted for this very reasonably priced ground unit. Privacy wasn't of utmost importance to us and we took the opportunity to aloha the friendly neighbors who would pass by our lanai. The complex was charming and well tended by a great manager. We'd certainly stay here again!

  This condo was fully equipped and very cozy. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. & just a short drive away to Old La Haina. Property manager was always available for questions. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I would stay there again.

  My husband and I enjoyed two and a half weeks in this lovely condo. Everything we needed was supplied, and our hostess was able to drop over for a quick visit, as we intend to rent this Unit again and asked to meet her. Super accommodating, and a clean, updated unit. This was the perfect location for us, near enough to everything we wanted to do, but far enough away to be quiet when we wanted that too. Lovely complex, well maintained by excellent managers. Can't say enough about this experience. We will definitely stay at this complex again, and hopefully in this unit! We loved it!

  I highly recommend this condo. This condo is very updated and comfortable, everything that you will need to enjoy a day at the beach is furnished in the condo for you. Grab the beach chairs, the cooler, the towels, and walk across the street to the beach. The condo has very good airflow and stays very cool. The pool and yards are very neat and clean.

  This is our second booking with Susan Shore and our second stay at the Kihei Resort. We have found this property to be an excellent choice because the grounds and pool area are so well maintained and our units have been clean and very updated. The Kihei Resort has some of the most beautiful grounds in the area with many trees, plants and flowers, along with the variety of birds that call this property home one can't escape the peacetul (zen like) feeling. The biggest selling point for us , however, has been the wonderful people we have met, both the permanent residence and other VRBO folks, like ourselves. Everyone seems to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.There were a few minor issues with the unit when we first arrived but Susan Shore was quick to address them and they were corrected in a very timely fashion. The location of the property is also a big plus because it is centerally located you can get just about anywhere in a relatively short period of time. So if you looking for a place to stay for a week or two or for several months and are wanting to experience the true aloha spirit I would encourage you to try theKihei Resort.

  Love this resort, our 4th year there. This unit is lovely, new kitchen is amazing, new laundry appliances, super stocked. Love the ice machine/water feature on the fridge, love the flat screen TV. Only 10min drive from great beaches like Kamaole. Love the pool, the people are all very friendly and welcoming. Will always stay here every trip to Maui, Susan the property manager is always super, going above and beyond, such a treasure. This property may not be by the best beaches for swimming but the atmosphere, amazing units, and affordable prices make up for that in spades!

  We stayed at this unit for nine days in March 2011. It is quiet and comfortable, and the recent renovations are quite attractive (looks just like the photos). The location is central for convenient access to many of Maui's attractions, and it is only a short walk to the beach. The grounds are very nice. This unit offers good value. I would stay here again.
