  Very nice property. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO listed properties over the years and found this one to be among the best. Very clean and well appointed, children had a blast indoors and out. Highly recommend Kayenta for any one looking for a golfing, hiking, OHV escape.

  This house lived up to the VRBO description & let's just put it out there: THE VIEWS!!! The location was wonderful: perfect for privacy & quite and yet easily positioned to explore the area from Snow Canyon to Bryce to Zion. The Rogers were wonderful to work with, giving us area information and suggestions. Nice touch being personally met with a tour of the property. The house is well maintained, spotlessly clean and wonderfully provisioned. This neighborhood is a jewel! Jack rabbits, foxes & quail abound. Thank you for sharing your home with us, your hospitality helped us fall in love with Utah.

  Spending a week at Casa de Bella Vista having a “wild west experience” was a relaxing vacation in a fabulous home with spectacular views of the red rock cliffs from every window. We, 3 couples from NJ, FL, & IL, use VRBO for our trips and we found Mel and Marcia to be helpful in our pre trip planning. Our stay at their casa was like being at a resort…the web page pictures and the virtual tour were truly accurate! Their Kayenta Community villa is conveniently located for traveling to Bryce, Zion, Snow Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Helpful hint: a GPS is a good idea for night driving...very dark, but great for star gazing!

  My wife and I stayed here for five days and the only problem we encountered was that the time was too short. I found all the descriptions in the listing, website, and other reviews to be accurate. The owner was easy to work with and helpful. I would highly recommend this properity.

  My wife and I spent a week in November 2010 at this wonderful home. This is the real deal. The pictures do not do it justice. This is a very high tech high end home lovingly decorated in a western motif. The location is very private with windows that look out on the red rocks in every direction. Very spacious and private lanai with sunny southern exposure is great in the cooler weather. The fire pit also is a plus on cool evenings. There is also a large pool. We were able to to get to Zion and Bryce parks and a host of other lesser known parks that are in the area. St George has every convenience for shopping and dining. Believe me this is a great deal for those who wish to visit the great natural wonders of southern Utah in comfort. The owners were great and made our arrival easy by having someone meet us at the home.

  When you drive into Kayenta you do not notice the homes. The red rock mountains take your breath away. It is not until you recover do you notice homes. They blend into the natural landscape as if they were meant to be there. The driveway to this wonderful getaway is the second signal that we made a good choice. The landscape is natural yet appears perfectly groomed. Can front doors be special? This front door is a work of art and tells me this home has been lovingly planned. Once inside you remain in awe of those amazing mountains. They are framed as if a magnificent painting. But better than a painting- they are real and feel as if they are right next door! The master bedroom and cozy bungalow are as well outfitted as any high end hotel room. But this is so much nicer than a hotel because you also have a kitchen, dining room, living room, pool and barbeque! Everything is perfect at this home in Kayenta. My husband, who can’t leave home without his computer, was thrilled to have a desk and internet access. In fact there are two desks so I too had a place to work. In the mornings we walked to Xetava, a cozy, upscale café where breakfasts were tasty and local artists hung their work. Even more fun was having dinner there and having a sing-along with a local musician who made the rounds with his guitar. The food and wine was exceptional. We played golf, hiked trails, went to great restaurants in St. George and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Kayenta. We hope to return!

  We had high expectations and they were exceeded in every way! The photos just don't do justice to the home or the amazing views. After days spent sightseeing, biking and hiking, we enjoyed quiet evenings relaxing in the pool. The home is also well stocked with games, movies and books. Highly recommended!
