Our townhouse is located in a lovely gated community on a beautiful barrier island across the road from the Atlantic Ocean. This location is ideal because of the quiet, laid-back atmosphere of Indialantic and its closeness to many Florida attractions: walk to the beach, one hour from Disney World, 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, as well as surfing, fishing, and kayaking. In addition, our community has a large pool, clubhouse, along with tennis and basketball courts.
The townhouse is tastefully decorated and has quality furniture. The first floor has nine-foot ceilings and ceramic tile flooring in the living room, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, half-bath, and separate utility room. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sofabed. The upstairs rooms are carpeted and have vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, private baths, and walk-in closets. No Smoking and No Pets, please. |
