Wow!! Who needs the beach when you can enjoy a home like this. We loved sitting on the front porch having our morning coffee watching and waving to the beach goers passing by. This home has all the amenities you can ask for plus... The outdoor dining area and fireplace was the perfect spot for us to enjoy our evening coctails and converstation with friends. We are looking forward our return visit to this piece of paradise at the Jersey shore.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented this gorgeous home for my family who was coming for a visit from Switzerland. We spent a week in Belmar in Feb.2011 and had a great time at this beautiful home. The owners are absolutely the most accommodating landlords ever. The house is beautifully decorated with every imaginable amenity. This is a luxury home, very close to the beach and to the lake, in the best area of Belmar. The owners paid attention to every single detail of the house, the design, decoration, everything is simply delightful. The house is very well stocked with beautiful linens and everything you need to make your vacation comfortable. Most rentals I found in Belmar look like a rental, but not this one. You feel like you are at home there and not in a rental vacation house. But for us the best thing was the backyard oasis, the outdoor fireplace and pond are just the cherry on top. We loved that the first floor is open floor plan, so everyone could still be together even tough we were in separate rooms (great for families w/ kids). We can't wait to go back to Belmar and rent that house again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We've just finished our 2nd visit to this fantastic home, and we will certainly be back again next year. We had our entire family down for the week, and made good use of all the bedrooms. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped (granite, stainless ,laundry center, gas grill etc etc..) we were especially pleased with the beautiful new baths as well. The house has amazing amenities (flat screen, central air, indoor/outdoor central sound system, porch, patio, gardens, outdoor fireplace, bicycles) and is within walking distance of the beach, and restaurants yet it offers the relaxation of a quiet leafy neighborhood. You can rent this exceptionally well maintained home (the place is simply spotless) with confidence in the property and the very helpful and responsive owners as well. Having recently stayed in your home, I must tell you what a wonderful time my family and I had. I loved how convenient everything is, beach, shopping, etc. Also, having the locker at the beach was great, no more having to bring things to the beach day after day. Your home has everything we could imagine, wet bar, patio, beautiful bedrooms and comfortable bedding. I loved being able to play music in and out of the home. The fireplace and patio were very relaxing after a day at the beach. All in all, I home I would stay at again. Thanks again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We have rented this wonderful house several times and it is outstanding in every respect. It has been beautifully restored by it's current owners. It still has the stately beauty of a turn-of-the century Victorian, with every modern convenience you could ask for, right down to the home entertainment system. The house is immaculately clean and is extremely spacious. Perfect to entertain family and friends with six great bedrooms. It is located on a beautiful, quite, tree-lined street and is only a short, 2 block walk to the beautiful Belmar beach. There are also lots of great restaurants in Belmar and the surrounding towns, but you'll be tempted to stay home and cook in the designer kitchen! We highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

As previous guests in your lovely Victorian home, we would like to tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves. Everything is so clean and comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the little deck outside the front bedroom to start our day. Being so close to the beach and being able to walk the Boardwalk was great. One of our other favorites was to enjoy the patio at 5pm after showering off the salt and sand. It's so relaxing while listening to the waterfall and the great music adds to the ambiance. We felt we were given a real gift just to be there. The town is really quaint and you can walk anywhere. The restaurants of every kind made our evenings very special. We are looking forward to our next visit. We always hate to leave. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful seaside home with the lush gardens and so many more amenities.
