This is a remodeled home with a rustic/log cabin look, complete with hardwood floors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast nook for 2 and a dining area for 6. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 full beds. The master bedroom has a 1/2 bath. The full bath is a tub/shower with a double vanity, all linens included. A large front porch for relaxing including a gas grill, gas provided. The living room has a large couch, big boy recliner, 32' flat screen TV, including Direct TV with the Starz programming. We have recently added a 40ft by 12ft covered back porch, with a wonderful view of the lake.
An aluminum boat dock, on a quite cove is provided. For a relaxing vacation all you need to bring is your food and your clothes.

Overall, the house was a great place to stay. The hosts were wonderful and very accomodating. The house was clean and ready to move in when we arrived. I would recommend this place to my friends. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was a little softer then the master but the master was still comfy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was so clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Having a washer and dryer available made our trip so much easier. The owner hospitality was above and beyond our expectations. We were disappointed in the convenience of the boat dock. The access was very steep and dangerous. But there were plenty of boat ramps in the area and found that putting the boat in where we wanted to fish was much easier. We LOVED being so close to Barkley State Park and enjoyed using their facilities for cleaning fish, marina, etc.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The Lake was at record highs so our expectations were low. But wow, we were blown away by the owners hospitality and personal interest in our satisfaction. This rental is a completely renovated home and two others are new and they all look great. The dock is very nice and we had a great time, and caught a few fish along the way. Thanks guys, for a great father & son get-a-way adventure. MikeRecommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
