Our stay was wonderful. The unit was immaculate. The owner went above and beyond what I would expect and have experienced from other past vacations! There are many wonderful extras such as beach towels, ocean toys, beach chairs, etc. I would recommend highly and would definitely stay again!

Our family stayed in this wonderful condo for our second fall break retreat. Again, we were not disappointed. The furniture, stocked items, and overall comforts within the condo made it so easy for us to feel right at home, even with three children between the ages of 4 and 7. Being able to view the sunset directly from the unit or balcony are priceless. Such a nice treat! I wish the development would go ahead and heat the pool in October rather than waiting until November, but we were still able to enjoy the ocean and hot tub and certainly do NOT fault the owners in any way for this one little detail. We were able to easily fill our days with beach time, bike riding, and hot tub while also enjoying the many lovely restaurants nearby. We consider this location ideal for our family. Bicycle rides are so easy to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Even our seven year old can do it and have a blast! We will definitely be looking for availability next year as we have found a keeper!

This is a lovely unit. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen is a cook's dream with every amenity you need. It is spacious and has wonderful unobstructed Gulf views. We had a grand time and we hope to return !!!

For the second year in a row we were fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful and very comfortable condo. Janna was again a wonderful hostess and so pleasant to work with; we use vrbo frequently and we have never dealt with such a gracious owner as she is. Everything in the condo is top-notch Tommy Bahama decor and it is all as if brand new. There was not a thing that we needed that was not provided; even a coffee grinder for your own fresh coffee beans! It is an end unit condo with a fabulous view of the gulf. Our daughter was lucky enough to see a manatee come to shore and she, along with everyone on the beach was so excited. You never know what you might see, so come on down and stay at this great condo!

Janna, we enjoyed spending our second winter in your beautiful condo and we really appreciated the beautiful weather you supplied this year. It was by far the best we've ever experienced! You always outdo yourself by having EVERYTHING one would need to enjoy a great trip to paradise. From beach toys, beach coolers, wave boards, etc., all anyone needs to bring are clothes and sun screen! Even all the paper products are supplied. We have lots of guests during our winter stay and everyone who stays at The Dunes tell us that our unit is the envy of all the others in the complex. Who could ask for more? Anyone looking for the perfect place to stay, should definitely consider 308A!

Janna, Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful and relaxing vacation that my family just experienced while staying in your unit. I have to say that since we have been coming to the DOS this has to be our utmost favorite. All the decorations are outstanding and the sitting area and HD TV's were a plus, too. Our girls and us really loved the comfort of the beds and the beautiful bathrooms, too. The kitchen has to be one of the most equipped that I have stayed in here as well as other condo units in the area. It had all the utensils needed to cook or bake anything you might need for a family. The deck area is quite large and is a wonderful place to eat breakfast or lunch. Everything in the condo including towels was as nice as you would find at a top-notch hotel! This is the perfect area to bring your family to relax, enjoy the white beaches, and even bike on all the wonderful areas provided. The beach chairs were awesome and so nice to use and give us extra travel space. There are many wonderful local food places to eat and not have to get in all the Destin traffic. Again, I just want to say we had one of our most enjoyable vacations in years! Thanks again for everything you did to make our vacation outstanding!!!!!

Janna, We had such a wonderful stay in your beach home May 15-22. We have been staying at the DOS for 7 years now... up to 2-3 times a year. We love the location and the friendliness of those that help make it such a desirable place to vacation. Your unit truly contained everything that we could possibly need during our stay....it was amazing how very thoughtful you were during our planning stage, to our arrival, and departure. I dont think we have ever had as lovely a hostess that was so attentive and thoughtful of a visiting guest. The decor was pleasing and the furniture was so comfortable to relax on. You have done an outstanding job of caring for this unit...it was immaculate in every way ! We look forward to returning on our next visits, and we will pass the info on to our friends about our positive experience. We so enjoyed the view and listening to the sound of the surf ...it was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a great week !

Fabulous condo!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Our first impression was wow, this is even better than the pictures. Everything was very clean and in excellent repair. Anything you would need is provided in the kitchen and it is all top notch. There was a large gift basket of goodies and shampoo and conditioner was a "little extra" in each bathroom. Bedding and the sofas were very comfortable. The balcony was huge and provided a wondeful view of the gulf. There was plenty of room to eat on the balcony at the comfortable table and chairs. Restaurants abound in the area, both high end dining and wonderful sandwich shops. A guide is provided with helpful information about these and any other activities you might want to pursue. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. You won't go wrong in staying at this wonderful condo!

Expect to find more than you expected here. We found everything we could want in the spacious condo facilities plus the thoughtful furnishings and unexpected touches that gave this place a personality. Excellent location on the beach; pools and hot tub just feet away, great dining and shopping nearby on highway 30A. Be sure to visit the towns along 30A. Good people to work with. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I have stayed in many vacation condo's in diffrent areas of the country. This is by far the most beautiful and completely equipped vacation condo we have visited. We did drive to Florida and brought some of the usual "stuff" we generally need. This was totally unnecessary - we could have packed our clothes and forgotton the rest. The owners were more than gracious and the information they provided was very helpful. This is definitely a place we hope to visit again. By the way the weather was beautiful too!

3 of us spent our spring break at this amazing condo. We have stayed at several units in this same complex, but this was by the nicest, most comfortable, best furnished and supplied unit we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The owner was not only very easy to book with, but she went above and beyond in supplying all that we needed. All of the bedrooms were furnished beautifully and very comfortably. The dining room, living room and deck had ample seating. This kitchen was stocked with every utensil and appliance one could ever need. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for something in the Florida panhandle area.

My wife and I were priviledged to spend the winter season in this beautiful condo and we will come back to it every year that we possibly can. It is probably the most beautifully furnished condo in the entire Dunes of Seagrove complex and we have been in most of them. The owners have done a superb job of furnishing it in beautiful Tommy Bahama furniture, first class electronics and all the kitchen supplies you would ever need. We usually bring some items with us when renting for the winter, but EVERYTHING was waiting for us when we arrived. If you stay for a short time, bring clothes and personal items, period! The beds are very comfortable, the views are wonderful and there is no better way to spend an early evening than to be on the wonderfully furnished deck. This is trruly a wonderful place to stay with the friendliest owner ever! Don' tmiss out.

Ideal Family Getaway

Our family wanted to get away for our daughter's fall break. Instead of our usual mountain trip, we opted for some time on the beach. With a five year old and two year old twins, we needed space so we wouldn't feel like we were on top of one another. Our little ones love digging and we all love outings on our bikes. This property was PERFECT for all of the above! Not only was there sufficient space, the decorations, cleanliness, and overall hospitality of the owners far surpassed our expectations. I am a clean freak and I couldn't believe how spotless this property was! And the VIEW, oh my goodness! Daily trips on our bikes to either Rosemary Beach or Seaside Beach were wonderful. The sand toys, chairs, and umbrella provided by the owners were perfect for our family time on the beach each day. The decorations and furniture, while beautiful, were also very comfortable and sturdy enough to stand up to our young children. This was by far the best family trip we have taken since becoming a family of five. We are counting the days until our next fall break and hoping we can return for another slice of family paradise!

Staying at this condo was truly a vacation. Myself and my 4 friends needed nothing except our clothes and food. Exquisitely decorated, equipped with every convenience you could imagine. The owner was attentive, helpful and pleasant. The ocean views are so close to the balcony, we could see a school of fish running in the shallow water. This is the only place I will stay from on, along 30 A.

We had a great week here with both my parents and my 4-year-old. Plenty of space for three generations to relax, with room to spare. The condo was pretty, clean and well furnished - plus extras like beach toys and DVD's. I especially appreciated the kitchen, since I prefer to cook most meals when we rent a condo. This was the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The best part was the ocean view. When you are traveling with a little one who takes afternoon naps and goes to bed early, having an beach-front balcony to hang out on makes all the difference.

Outstanding Condo

We spent a week at this SeaGrove Condo and could not have been more pleased. This condo is more than comfortable with all the amenities you could ever expect. The furnishings were like one's home and the kitchen and baths were stocked with everything you could possibly want. Plus there were beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella for your use. Also, children's beach toys were furnished. The view of the beach from the Family Room plus Master Bedroom is exquisite. We also spent a lot of time on covered deck with it's pleasant breezes. You cannot go wrong on this one! It is the best vacation condo we have been priviliged to use.

My family and I just returned from this immaculate condo and yes, it does have an amazing view of the ocean! The owners have thought of everything and the amenities are like none I have ever had in a rental unit. Other than food and clothes, there is nothing else one could need while staying here. The owner was prompt in responding during the rental process and I feel like I have a new friend whom I haven't even met. Seaside and Destin are close if one wants to shop or be entertained. I recommend this condo without reservation.
