Wonderful Tudor-style family home in the heart of Remuera, surrounded by well-established homes in a quiet street.
The home is a very attractive, two-story home with steep sloping, tiled roof with polished wooden floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Large fireplace.
The surrounding garden is private with great indoor outdoor living. Large doors and windows opening onto to spa/pool/barbecue area with multiple areas to eat or entertain outside including large wooden table under grapevine. A great place for kids with an attractive tree hut, sand play area and rope swing.
Only five-minute drive from beaches, shopping areas, and other city features including restaurants, Americas Cup Village, and 30 minutes from amusement park (Rainbows End). Four-hour drive from ski fields. Lots of vineyards and islands nearby to visit. Available only during NZ school holidays (varies from year to year but usually April, July, September and Xmas through to Febuary). Can provide our 2nd car for use at no charge (please check availability). Plasma TV (42inch) with Sky (4 sports stations) and DVD player recorder. Also two computors with broadband and xbox attached to 2nd TV/DVD (upstairs)
