You will never want to leave this luxurious three bedroom gulf front condo located in the beautiful Watersound Community. Take the elevator or stairs to the top (fourth) floor where you will be welcomed by 23 foot barrel vaulted ceilings with a wall of glass providing a stunning view of coastal dunes, infinity pool and miles of our pristine gulf beach including untouched dunes. The spacious open floor plan offers lovely décor, and original artwork. The oversized sofa is perfect for watching the large flat screen TV or taking in quiet time while gazing at the view. Enjoy having a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while you enjoy the sunsets from the beautiful balcony with a relaxing double chaise and sitting area with two loveseats. Download pictures of your trip from the nice built in desk are and send to friends and family. The dining area seats eight comfortably, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a long breakfast bar to spread out all the goodies purchased at the local bakery. The master suite has gulf views and private entrance to the large balcony. The master bath has his/hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, shower and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom with gulf views, access to balcony and private bath. The third bedroom has a twin and double bunk bed with private bath.
Compass Point has two community pools; an infinity pool directly below this condo with coastal dune lake and gulf views perfect for a day of lounging. The community offers a second pool, “Dunesider” complete with a poolside grill. Nearby Watersound Café serves delicious breakfasts and lunches. Kayak rentals are available on the property for you to stroll around the water and take in the striking scenery. .
Watersound Fitness Center is available for use with an additional charge.
Watersound is nestled into one of the last remaining dune preserves along the Gulf corridor and between two rare coastal dune lakes. Walton County press claims that the coastal dune lakes found along 30-A occur on only one other place on the planet, Africa. The estuary that snakes from Camp Creek Lake behind us and out to the Gulf is colored by tannin from southern pine trees. .
Compass Point is located minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach with dining, shopping, concerts, wine bars, so much to see and do! Included in your stay is one complimentary adult bike cruiser and unlimited DVDs exclusive discounts on golf and fishing. Enjoy a leisurely ride along the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile long paved pedestrian and bike path running past Watersound along the length of Scenic Highway 30A - from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach. .
Golfers can choose from a number of award-winning courses nearby, including Camp Creek, Shark’s Tooth, Origins and Santa Rosa Beach Golf and Beach Club.
Boutique shopping and dining can be found at Watercolor and Seaside, about five miles to the west. Four major shopping, dining and entertainment destinations are within 20 miles. Grand Boulevard’s restaurants and shops are only 15 miles west. Just two miles further is Silver Sands Factory Stores with over 100 designer names. Continue west for 5 more miles to Destin Commons, a premier lifestyle center anchored by Bass Pro Shops and 14-theater Rave Motion Pictures. An easy 16-mile drive to the east is Panama City’s new Pier Park, a mega outdoor shopping mall consisting of over a million square feet of specialty shops, retailers, and restaurants - plus the 16-cinema Grand Theatre.

Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous location, gorgeous view, beautiful condo. Our only complaints were: there was no information specific to the property(with information concerning wifi, garbage location, which amenities at Watersound were available to us), the kitchen was not well equipped( no bottle opener, blender was broken, few utensils for cooking). However, Royal Beach Rentals handled the maintenance issues( lock on door stuck, breaker box malfunction) we had very quickly and professionally, they were great! Manager responded on 4/8/2013: We agree! Happy Days is a beautiful condo in a fabulous location with breathtaking views. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, but are happy to hear we were able to get those rectified quickly for you. We are also disappointed to hear you did not receive your information sheet. This sheet should have been in your check-in packet and contains information regarding internet passwords and garbage dumpster locations. In the future, if you are missing any items such as this, please give us a call and we will be more than happy to deliver it to you. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Watersound three times and have enjoyed the area with its soothing atmosphere on the property and the beach. No crowded lines for any activity. The condo was invitingly serene in its decor and so welcoming to relax and spend time with grandkids. We appreciated the CK cafe by the heated pool with a wide range of food choices and the quick response we had to minor issues with the condo. We couldn't figure out how to lock the french doors because they would blow open voluntarily. Not a problem. It was a wonderful spring break! Royal Beach Rentals was able to arrange for me to stay at Happy Days. I can't say enough about this beautiful unit. It is absolutely gorgeous, homey and comfortable. Everything in the unit is top notch, right down to the dishes. I am a picky vacationer and there wasn't one thing to complain about in this unit. Nice, personal touches everywhere and you could tell this unit was decorated with love and comfort in mind. One of the best parts of the unit is the porch. They have this unbelievable chaise lounge where you don't even have to lift your head to see the ocean. I lived on that porch for a couple of days and didn't even go to the beach. I can't wait to rent this unit again. Royal Beach Rentals was a joy to work with. They are very attentive to every detail and if anything comes up, they are right on it. It is best rental company I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Royal Beach Rentals and Happy Days for the vacation of a lifetime! Manager responded on 11/10/2012: Thank you so much!
