'Beach House on the Moon' is a spectacular hillside villa in the prestigious Upper Carolina neighborhood. There are two bedroom suites in the main house and a studio apartment on the lower level that can be used as a 3rd bedroom. The villa features exquisite furnishings and decor and luscious gardens throughout the entire property.
The views from the decks on all three levels are superb offering panoramic vistas of the Carolina Valley, Bordeaux Mountain, Coral Harbor, the British Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean Sea. The upper deck on the main level boasts a large outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue grill, as well as comfortable lounging furniture for enjoying the sun, moon, and seascape. With an elevation of 750 ft., the gentle Caribbean breezes are just right.
The main level has a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a large beautifully decorated Great Room and dining area. Again, the furnishings are spectacular! An interior, wooden staircase leads to the middle bedroom level.
The middle level is home to the two beautiful, air-conditioned bedroom suites, both with queen beds. Each bedroom has its own large bath and shower area and private deck lounging areas. A hot tub is also located on the deck area of this level.
The lower level is home to the large apartment/3rd bedroom. The apartment is accessed via an outdoor staircase and has its own private entrance. This studio apartment features a kitchen, sitting/dining area, queen size bed and private deck. The sofa pulls out into an additional queen size bed. The shower area is located on the deck with a lovely view of Coral Bay. This bedroom offers privacy from the main house - ideal for multiple couples traveling together.

The Unique Benefits at this House: This home is in one of the nicest areas on the island. The private neighborhood roads are paved and well maintained. The gravel driveway is easy to navigate and does NOT require 4 wheel drive.
