I have been renting my unit for two years now but have just recently activated my guest book. Hopefully prior (and repeat) customers will log-on and make some nice comments about their visits when I contact them letting them know about the new guest book feature. I continue to meet the nicest people via this on-line process and have had great success with renting my condo at Main Street Station. The process is really very simple, I have a written rental agreement that I email to you for signing. We have usually talked on the phone to answer other questions prior to sending the rental agreement. You mail me the signed rental agreement along with your rental deposit to confirm your reservation.
