Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I really didn't buy my home in Breckenridge with the intent of it being a rental. It is my home and a very special place to me. I decided to start traveling to warmer areas during the winters to relieve some symptoms of a circulatory health condition. So, therefore decided to rent my home to winter vacationers while I was absent. It has been a real joy. I haven't personally met many of the folks who have stayed at my home but I have talked to most all of them at least a couple of times. Many of them have returned a second time and I look forward to their repeat visits every year for years to come.
The Unique Benefits at this Vacation Home
There are so many interesting and enjoyable characteristics of my home that I have now given it a name. It is Bella Casa which in Italian means "Lovely Home". Most of the decorating on the main level will remind you of an Italian Country Farmhome. Actually, we are now offering cooking classes at BELLA CASA as an added option for your stay. Be sure to ask about those details. Cooking and entertaining in the large main area of the house is always a terrific time.
The hot tub is always a lot fun too. But, I just love to sit on the gazebo deck in the back in the mornings to have my coffee and read the paper or on the side deck off of the master bedroom to catch the winter southern sun, or sit on the front porch in the afternoon with a glass of wine to visit with all the neighbors as they walk by. And, it's really neat that the house is only 4 blocks to Main Street because regardless of the weather, it's a quick walk to the greatest restaurants and shops in Breckenridge.

Hi, I'm Cheryl Love and I moved to Breckenridge in 1996 from Denver, CO. I have been a Realtor in Breckenridge since 1999. I am originally from Mobile, Alabama where I was married and raised 2 daughters. My 1st career in Information Systems brought me from Mobile to Denver to a position with the Denver Post in 1988. This is when I fell in love with Colorado, skiing, and all the wonderful things Colorado has to offer.
After moving from my original 1 bedroom vacation home condo in Frisco to several other investment properties in the Summit County area, I finally found the home of my dreams in Breckenridge on High Street. It has been a lot of fun redecorating, adding features, and entertaining in this amazing home. I love to sit on the front porch and look at the mountains. I sure hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I continue to meet the nicest people via this on-line process and have had great success with renting my home. The process is really very simple, I have a written rental agreement that I email to you for signing. We have usually talked on the phone to answer other questions prior to sending the rental agreement.
