We really liked the place and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Las Vegas, close enough to the strip but enough privacy away from the noise. we especially loved the jacuzzi and also she did everything to make us feel welcomed ie left us with unlimited toiletries,beddings, spices etc..

This is in a great neighborhod- close to strip and everything else, but in a quiet neighborhood.The house is a bit dated looking. My group found two of the four beds uncomfortable, and the "convertible bed" is pushing the sofas together. Could have used more linens, especially pool towels, so if you are from out of town bring some! The rental process itself was easy and Therese answered every question I had right away. The pool/spa/putting green made it pefect for my needs. Everything in working order- and just remember the garage is not included.

My husband and i stayed here for New Year 2011 and if Las Vegas on New Years wasnt amazing enough our stay here was more than we could have asked for.. The People were a pleasure to work with and made it very easy and this has become our choice to stay on any and all trips. I have recomended this to all my friends and anyone reading this post... the house was beautiful, but the hot tub didnt work and the garage was not included in the lease.

We've been staying in homes in the Vegas area twice a year for approximately 10 years and this home was one of the better ones we've stayed. We did have a few problems with Hot tub, smoke detectors, A/C which could have ruined our stay but the owner's representatives Amber and Mike were quick to get needed repairs done and us back to happy tennants. The neighborhood is family oriented and safe. We will definitely consider this home again for our next trip to Vegas. Oh if you need to have a garage as we do, be sure to check as we were upset to arrive at the home only to discover the garage was not included in the rental. In fact this was the only reason I didn't give this home a 5 suitcase rating. Frank

A Week at the Solstice

My family consisting of 3 adults and 3 children had a Marvelous time at this home. We found that the vacation home looked great inside, bedding had been updated from the pictures on the site, and everything that we needed was at our fingertips.The kitchen was well stocked. The children ages 10-13 greatly enjoyed the swimming pool, the pool table, and the golf putting holes. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, the kitchen amenities, and the proximity to shopping and the strip. Things future renters should know: The master bed is a king and all other beds are queen sized, so if you are traveling with kids, make sure they want to be bed buddies. Only master bedroom has television. Living room has huge screen tv, and pool room/ kitchen has a television. Book now and enjoy your stay. Our family would definately rent again.

This property was very nice, cozy and made us feel right at home! The decor is exceptionally nice (better than my mom & I expected -truthfully); the pics on this site does the place no justice...very nice. The bedrooms were perfect for all of us; 3 couples & my mom. Every room was positioned throughout the house perfectly so that everyone could still have a little privacy if needed/wanted and the home was even spacious enough too! The pool table and front television( 55 in) was a total hit with the males!! And even though it was cold my cousins managed to make it into the spa which they described as "marvelous" - they loved it! Amber the rep from Realty One was great, she made the process very simple and easy especially considering we had a previous rental paid for and the owner had an unexpected flood which left me to locate this wonderful property in less than a weeks time of the wedding we were visiting Vegas for as well as it being superbowl weekend too!! We stayed here in Feb. 2007. 6 of us enjoyed the house and all it's amenities. It's close to the airport and the strip, but far enough away to give some peace and quiet from all the noise and bustle of the strip. We found the house to be very clean and the supply of towels and linens were more than enough. The hot tub was a big hit with all of us. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this home! I had family fly in from back east and we all love the house, it's location and absolutly everything about it. It made our vacation perfect. Friends and I stayed in the house earlier this year (January 2004) and it was great. Close enough to the Strip by car, yet in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise and traffic. Close also to shopping. Really beautiful pool and the spa was fabulous. Home is very spacious (not at all cramped like the average hotel room). I highly recommend this property. My friends and I hope to stay here again. Thank you.

Thank you for making our Memorial Day weekend a fun one. The house was incredibly spacious for all 6 of us. We had plenty of privacy when we needed it. The pool and spa were a hit! It was a great way to keep cool during the day and good way to relax after staying out late night. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was very easy to find - only 10 minutes from the strip and airport. Thanks again for everything and look forward to staying there again soon.
