This rustic Studio Bungalow is nestled amongst tropical plants behind a high fence with 2 other cottages. The feeling of privacy is so special right here in the heart of Ocean Beach.
Ocean Beach Bungalow is situated just minutes walk from Newport Ave with all the eclectic shops, antique stores and incredible restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, family residential and you can walk just half a block to the end of the street for amazing ocean views from the Cliffs.
Just one block over is the path around the cliffs where you can stroll to town or to the beach - it just couldn't be more fun for all the family.
The Ocean Beach Bungalow features a brand new Temprapedic Mattress on a Queen Size bed with 52-in Flat Screen TV, cable, lots of closet space and crisp clean linens provided.
Our Kitchenette provides a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you need.
Outside is the covered patio where there is a charcoal grill for barbeques. Charcoal and fire starter are provided.
After dinner relax in the jacuzzi found just outside your door. The jacuzzi is shared with the OB Tropics Cottage.
We are pet friendly but it is important to remember that the yard is shared and so your dog may not run free in the yard without supervision at all times.
Wear your pet out with a visit to dog beach just mins drive down the street.

My husband and I stayed there with our two small dogs. The bungalow is well maintained and very clean. The property really is just a few steps from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants and shops too. It was wonderful being able to unwind in the hot tub after a day of sighseeing. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend a stay in Ocean Beach.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+.

My boyfriend and I just got back from my first trip to California and I couldn't have spent my time in a more beautiful place! We ended up being in the bungalow at the same time that the owners were in the tropical paradise house on the same property and they were very welcoming, gracious hosts. You can easily access the bus, beach, and "downtown" OB from this bungalow. Downtown San Diego was about a 20-30 minute bus ride for only $2.50 so we didn't find we needed a rental car. Their hot tub was super luxurious and the yard was positively gorgeous. If I ever want a short trip out to the beach, I will definitely stay here again.Did you find this review helpful? This is the second time we have stayed at the OB Bungalow (first time in 2010) and will definitely be back again next winter. OB is the perfect location, you don't need a car as all the essentials are a short walk away including Sunset Cliffs, the beach as well as the shops, restaurants and night life of Newport Avenue. Also, OB is only a $10 cab ride from the airport. The bungalow is cozy, super clean and well stocked with a wonderful outdoor living space including the lush, manicured gardens and hot tub. The rental agent is professional and prompt in returning calls/emails.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities.
