This wonderful space was just perfect for my needs. I had a workshop at the Poco Diablo Resort for one week and how wonderful to walk out the door and the conference being just a few minutes walk. As others have stated the bed is so comfy and the tub is deep and contoured, with lavender scented bubble bath and thick plush towels. Ahhhhh. Sedona is a wonderful place and this lovely rental just added to my experience. Thank you

This was our second time to stay at this wonderful Sedona Guest Suite - and we're looking forward to coming back again! Located in the upper back half of a residential house, the guest suite is large, clean, bright, and very comfortable. It has all the comforts of home including a small mircowave, a coffee pot, a toaster, a small refridgerator/freezer, and all the dishes, glasses, and silverware you'll need. There's a larger microwave downstairs along with a large kitchen sink. It's perfect for those who want to a quick muffin for breakfast before heading to town for shopping, sight-seeing, and a wonderful dinner at one of the many great restaurants. Amy and Veronica live in the front half of the house and are available if you need them. We suggest taking one of the Jeep tours into the red rock mountains and/or a helicoptor tour of the canyons and Indian ruins around Sedona.

We had the pleasure of being in the Sedona area for 8 days and loved everything about it and its beauty. There is so much to see and do and everywhere you go has breathtaking views. We can't say enough about our accommodations. The suite is lovely, spacious, peaceful, very clean, and gives you the feeling of being at home. The bathroom is large with a nice shower, separate deep bathtub, and two sinks. There is a king size bed which is VERY comfortable. To be honest, we can't say enough about the place and its clean, quiet, peaceful location just minutes from all there is to do and see in Sedona. You have the outdoor patio/garden to enjoy and the stars in the sky at night are awesome! We highly recommend and hope to return again. Thank you Amy and Veronica for making our stay so comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. In past trips to Sedona we always stayed in hotels. With this stay we have decided that will no longer be the case as long as we can book a stay here. The Guest Suite is very spacious with high vaulted ceilings. It is furnished beautifully and should leave you wanting for nothing more. The bathroom is very large with tub and shower... again the bathroom was furnished with more than you would expect from a hotel. The deck was wonderful too. You have no control of the temperature as the thermostat must be in the main part of the house. At times it felt warm but nothing I would consider uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was most adequate for cooling. There was also an additional fan in the large closet. It was a wonderful stay and we plan to return here again. I should add the location is central to Sedona uptown area and Oak Creek Village. Great spot.

The location was excellent, the back yard and deck was very peaceful, the walk-in closet was a great bonus, and the size of the suite was unexpected for the price. Wow...if you like the pictures online, just wait till you experience your stay in person. What a surprise...it's bigger than ever imagined with beamed ceilings. It's beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely for walks and viewing the red rocks from every angle. Loved the porch with a wine each night overlooking an awesome yard space below to also enjoy! The pictures and description are exact. This was a perfect, cozy, comfortable place to lay our weary bodies after long days of playing, shopping, dining, jeeping, etc. We loved the bed, super comfortable, great shower, very spacious, very clean, and ideally located. It took literally a few minutes from the front door to anywhere in town. We were concerned with the price being so reasonable that we would be disappointed but quite the opposite. We were so, so pleased. The outdoor patio with the twinkling lights and comfortable furniture, the beautifully landscaped backyard garden w/sitting area, both perfect to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. A Tranquil Place to Recharge and See Red Rock Country

We loved staying here! It was a tranquil space, easily accessible to all the Sedona/Oak Creek amenities. Larger than a motel room. The garden and balcony were great spaces to relax and watch the humming birds. This is now our destination of choice when we sojurn to Sedona. The suite is accurately represented. The property is clean and well maintained. And, the owners were delightful.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and large guest suite between Oak Creek Village and Sedona. Amy is easy to interact with, answered all questions quickly online, and made our stay very at ease. The photos show the studio exactly as it is, with much more room than we had anticipated. The refrigerator was super handy, everything we needed to have our simple breakfast or light evening meal (without cooking, though a microwave and toaster are available). In a quiet neighborhood with views of the red rocks, its closeness to Sedona was perfect, without being centered in to touristy busy section. We highly recommend this studio, and would return again. A very quiet and peaceful place.

The guest suite is very comfortable and tastefully appointed. The bed is very comfortable and having the large walk-in closet was so helpful for storing suitcases, etc. We especially enjoyed the comfortable covered deck available to us, off of the TV alcove. We would recommend this suite to anyone. Photos on website are exact. Private, but Amy and Veronica are gracious hostesses who are available if you need them. Quiet location, but uptown is only minutes away. Conveniently located.

What a fabulous, well-kept/furnished hideaway! The pictures don't do it justice, this is a huge space, a very comfortable and true home away from home. Just returned from a week in red rock country. What a lovely guest suite. Minutes from Uptown and Oak Creek. Awesome views. Clean, bright, spacious,sunny space. Peaceful and quiet at night with the occasional coyote cry thrown in for good measure! Exactly as described and pictured. Had a wonderful "sisters only" vacation. Amy and Veronica were so kind and available if needed. We will definitely be back. Looking forward to the wonderful backyard garden that was a work in progress as we left.

Ditto all comments made earlier. Highly recommended. A peaceful oasis managed by lovely people. We liked it so much we returned again after a 2 day trip to the Grand Canyon, during which it had already been booked by others. Easy to find. We didn't have a car during most of the stay, but still managed day hikes to the Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Airport vortexes (~ 2.5, 4, and 5 miles away). This is easy if you don't mind long walks, as a year-old sidewalk lines most of the Highway 179 portions. Sedona and West Sedona can also be easily reached at selected times via a recently inaugurated public shuttle for $1 a ride. (Or go all the way to Cottonwood for $2.) This stops just a few doors away and makes access easy to restaurants and large supermarkets. Thank you Amy for one of the most pleasant experiences of our 4 week trip.

As the other reviews have pointed out you're getting a very nice studio that's twice the size of a hotel room at half the price! I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone--you'd have to be awfully picky to take issue with these accomodations at this fantastic price. Perfect location in a very nice neighborhood, easy to find and a 5-10 minute drive to anywhere you'd possibly want to visit in Sedona. Amy & Veronica provide a microwave, small dorm-style fridge, hot-water heater, etc. and coffee and tea. Linens and decor were simple but tasteful and the bathroom includes a stall shower and very nice bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean. While the rented quarters are just on the other side of their home we never really had any problems with noise either from their space or the street. We didn't feel guilty or hesitant to knock gently on their door if we needed something--as we did for sugar one night and to vacuum up a spill. Very kind and accomodating! The only other thing we'd have liked was access to was a WiFi internet connection, whether via a password to the businesses wireless connection or a separate connection. I mentioned this to Amy and it's apparently under consideration. I did manage to hijack a signal from a neighbor . . . The most memorable part of our stay (aside from the incredible views on our hikes!) was an unexpected, dramatic and hilarious encounter with a pack of javelinas one night, which apparently are common and function as local mascots and were not (we, the clueless city slickers, cowering in our rental car) wild boars ready to attack!

This quiet suite offers plenty of space for a couple and includes some facilities to prepare food and a balcony overlooking an area with lots of greenery. The suite is very comfortable and clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood just two miles from the center of town. Oct. 26, 2010, oh the end of a beautiful time in Sedona. We would highly recommend (and already have) this guest suite to all who plan a trip here. A huge, airy, serenely quite home base, fresh and clean with all the amenities of a great hotel room only SO MUCH BETTER. Lots of room to move about, nicely sized bathroom with plenty of room for 2 people to get ready at the same time. Just a short drive, minutes, to downtown and all points beyond. Our hostess, Amy, was quite delightful and always ready to talk and/or answer questions. The directions supplied to the suite were accurate and easy to follow.

This guest suite is truly lovely, nearly twice the size of most hotel rooms. Its location in a quiet area close to everything and a lovely view out the bedroom window make it the perfect oasis after a busy day of sight seeing. I was the concierge at a 4-star hotel for many years, so I can say, with some authority, you will be very pleasantly surprised when you stay here. I would definitely return to this property in the future!

This was a very peaceful retreat and getaway from the hustle and bustle of hotel and condo life!!! Veronica and Amy were wonderful hosts... There is no TV or cable, only DVD use. However, I was able to get wireless internet and access TV shows through that option Overall it was a great experience!!!

The photos show exactly what you get. This is a gem that is tucked away in Red Rocks, and was perfect for me in every way. Exceptionally clean and spotless, very comfortable, and quite spacious. We're already looking at our calendar to see when we can return - for a longer stay. I've used vrbo many times, and this is by far, my best find. I was fortunate enough to spend 5 very relaxing days at this rental in January of 2010. I found it to be exceptional for the price. The bed was soooooo comfortable, I loved the deep bath, there was a nice patio area, and it was dog friendly. I have recommeded this place to friends and would denfinately return myself. The only thing that would make it more convenient would be a toaster oven or cooking plate (as there is not an kitchen), but I found the mini-fridge and coffee maker adequate for my short stay. Doggie and I had a great time! I would highly recommend this place to others.
