You can walk up the street to a park on the riverside and watch the dolphins frolic.
The kitchen has an island countertop that is perfect for feeding a hungry tribe buffet style. The second floor balcony is the spot to grill and watch the sunset.

About the owner: We live in Longwood Fl, about 45 minutes from New Smyrna. We have 2 boys who keep us very busy!
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We love the New Smyrna/Bethune beach area and all it has to offer. Our location is at the south end of New Smyrna on Bethune Beach which is beautiful and peaceful. We can walk across the street to the river and JB's Fishcamp, a local restaurant, get some great food and rent a kayak to see the dolphins. There is a park within walking distance with basketball courts and a playground which our kids have enjoyed over the years. A 10 minute car ride will take you in to New Smyrna with an abundance of beach shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
