The Guest Room is furnished with a roomy Queen bed and the loft space has two twin beds, large enough for accommodating your family or friends! There is always something to do –just a short walk to cool off at the Bayside pool or have Movie Night right at home. The living room has a 32' Flat Screen TV and both bedrooms have a 32' Flat Screen TV for your convenience. WiFI is also available. Step outside onto the spacious deck and catch some Great Bass and Brim just steps away on your own private dock!

This home is located in the quiet relaxing Fairways community on the bay side of Sandestin. The beach is just a short drive across the street. You can also walk, jog or bike there using the tunnel that goes under Highway 98. This home does not offer shuttle service.

My husband and I spent two weeks in January here and loved it. It's very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is a very nice area. It's close to many things- shopping, dining, etc. We will stay here again if we return to this area, which we plan to do. I definitely recommend it, especially if you like to golf or fish.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.

From spending every morning on the deck feeding the ducks to spending every afternoon on the deck having a drink and watching the sunset ,this property has so much to offer. The views were perfect, the unit was very well kept, and as always the Sandestin resort was the perfect spot for a vacation. And with it being a short walk to the pool it made it very easy for us to come and go as we wanted. So if your looking for a comfortable place to stay with great views and easy pool access then this is where you wanna be!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. We have two young children and they both loved feeding the fish, ducks and turtles from the pier. I hesitate to review this 'gem' getaway, fearing it becomes so popular that we will be unable to rent it again. However, I will/and have shared this blessing with others. This beautiful townhome (and it does feel like "home"!) was so relaxing, clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The fully stocked kitchen (utensils, etc.) was convenient to use. The "icing on the cake" was a beautiful serene view of the golf course and Choctawhatchee Bay. Two duck families came daily for their morning feedings. The location was great: accessible to beaches, eateries, and an outlet mall. Cathy was so nice and helpful. We surely hope to return again next year, the good Lord willing. I do encourage others to rent this nice "home-away-from-home". It is located on a corner so there is more privacy than other units. BEAUTIFUL! Thank you, Cathy, for your great hospitality! Thank you also to the OWNERS of this gem for allowing us into their private dwelling place. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed evening happy hours on the deck overlooking the lake and bay. The set up worked well for us, with the loft being used by our seven year old that is our early riser. The beds were very comfortable and it was easy to get to everything in Destin and in Sandestin. Thanks for a wonderful spring break 2012.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here especially sitting outside on one of the decks and watching the ducks, birds, and the blue heron. We golfed, biked, walked, visited Baytowne and surrounding areas and enjoyed some great weather. We were very grateful to Cathy for checking in with us on a regular basis and seeing to our every need. We couldn't have been more comfortable and were the envy of our friends who were in the area, especially the amazing view! We absolutely loved our stay in this spacious and clean townhome. From the moment that we arrived we just fell in love with Sandestin! There is so much to do there. We rented bikes for the whole week (they are more reasonable if you rent them from off property - the info is on the refrigerator). We had so much fun riding to the beach, to the spa, to the restaurants, etc. It was just fabulous! Even though there was great fishing right off our deck, the boys really enjoyed trying out the other ponds as well. They are already asking to go back next year. Cathy was just wonderful and made our stay the perfect vacation!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

Thank you for letting us rent your house. What fun we had while staying in your condo. So nice, quiet and convenient to everything. Such an amazing view.
