It features: Self-cleaning convection ovens CORIAN COUNTERTOPS, and premium appliances (including a microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice maker, and coffee maker).
The electrically heated pool and spa are always the right temperature because you can set them to what makes you comfortable. There is even a rollaway pool cover to preserve the heat in the cooler evenings from January through March. We provide the pool toys, pool floats, and beach towels! So whether you want to relax in one of our lanai lounge chairs, eat at the outside dining table, bar-b-que your "catch-of-the-day" on the our Weber grille, sip a margarita at the poolside bar, or play in the pool, everything you will need is waiting at Seacrest.

Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2003
I have been providing fist class vacation homes on Marco Island since 2000 and Seacrest since 2003. I work for a internationally based telecommunications equipment provider. My family and I have called Marco Home for many of the years we have been providing world class rentals.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Marco Island is an amazing place if you love the water. While an ISLAND it has a bridge to the Main Land. Over the years I have watched the island grow up to be much more tourism based and to increase the activities it provides to families with both young and old children. Simply put - Marco Island may really be the LAST PARADISE in the United States.
The Unique Benefits of this House
My home has an amazing location. You can walk to the beach in 6-8 minutes. Not just any beach - but by the Marriott. You can walk to shopping and movies in about 10 minutes. We have a view that is seldom matched. Most homes look across a 100 ft canal - we look across Landmark waterway. I believe the difference is clear. At the end of the day, the view is huge when your spending your time in the pool or having dinner on the lani.

The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers! It was 3 easy walking blocks to the beach and easy drive to all attracts and restaurants on Marco. Very clean and comfortable with a great hot tub and pool! The kids were in the pool all day when we weren't on the beach. Laundry machines were a plus and the kitchen well stocked. Overall a large cheerful place that we would rent again. Paul was easily reachable by phone when a power outage caused a hot tub problem. Our favorite restaurant was Davides with homemade past and delish sauces straight from Italy! The kids loved parasailing off the Marriott beach and kayaking at tigertail beach. We loved having bikes to ride and the ping pong table was a hit at the house. It was a great vacation!

We stayed at Seacrest in July/August 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The property was accurately described and the photos are a good reflection of the property. The property was very clean on arrival. The rooms are all of a good size (certainly for those of us from the UK they are very big!) and the pool has lovely views to open water. The walk to the beach is no more than 5 minutes at a slow stroll. Paul is a great guy and from our experience cares passionately about his guests comfort. We experienced a problem with the aircon and within an hour or so of calling him to report the problem we were moving out for a couple of days to 'Royalty' while the problem was fixed. (the fix took until the following afternoon, we returned two days later) We really enjoyed an early morning stroll down the beach when the wildlife is busy, the pool is great for relaxing by and there are shops and restaurants in easy reach - notably the Marriot (open to non residents) and the restaurants around the cinema - you can even get a good meal while watching a film! Joeys just down Collier is also great if you like Pizza. What else to say? This was our third trip to Marco and Seacrest is by far the best located property we have rented. Would we rcommend? Well, what do you think?

My family of three stayed here in July of 2011 for a week. It was very kid friendly (my son about keeled over when he saw there was an X Box 360 in the family room AND two game cubes in two bedrooms!). I loved that you could walk to the beach, which believe me, in Marco, that's a bonus because there is very limited beach parking and that is $8 a day and on weekends, if you don't get there early, parking lots fill up. The house had umbrellas, chairs, floats and even a compressor to fill up the floats, as well as a ping pong table so it offered a lot for people that fly in and can't tote all those assundries.

Loved everything about the house and Marco Island! Being down there (for the first time) made us realize how lucky we were to have a very convenient, short-walk beach access. Kayaked, parasailed, beach, pool..Great week!

We rented for Spring Break 2011 and where extremely pleased and would absolutely return. The home is clean and well maintained, very comfortable and nicely kept, very well equipped, and the owner is very thoughtful and thorough. The pool is good size, screened in, heated, and there is a decent hot tub. A nice grill is provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. You are on the channel with a private dock and boat lift and water views. The walk to the beach access is a pleasant 2 blocks through a residential area. Sitting at the table in the screened lanai and while swimming in the pool you have a nice water view of the channel leading up to the house, and often we saw stingrays cruising about and occasionally some porpoises would wander by . Our first concern renting a home was access to the beach, and this house is well placed. You have to be careful about location on Marco as there isn't a lot of beach access and you could easily end up having to drive all the time. If you look closely on Google maps, you can see that there is a short 2 block walk to the main road, and a few yards south from there is the public path to the beach. About as close as you can get and still have a home on the waterway. Then, on the beach you are near the Marriot, which is good. There is some action and nightlife there that is fun for the kids, and watersports rentals. Also if you need to buy some food or drink (or use the restroom!) you have that option. For the evening, the Marriot and Hilton restaurants are decent enough but best of all are within walking distance or you can hop in the car and park at the hotel.. very convenient. We rented a boat for the week, and there is a very nice dock and lift, and even at low tide there is plenty of water at the dock. Most days, we threw a cooler in the boat and headed out to one of the sandbars or deserted beaches south of Marco for a few hours in paradise. There are a lot of shallows so mind the channels and watch where the locals go. For us, a private home with a pool and dock and our own grill beats the heck out of a hotel or condo and more than makes up for being right on the beach. If you like having your own pool, your own grill, a waterfront location with a dock for fishing or a boat, and still have easy access to the beach, this is a terrific spot.

We spent a week at Seacrest in March. The home is very well appointed with everything you need. Wonderful lanai and pool area, with relaxing hot tub. Short walk to the beach. Paul was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions in preparation for our trip. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.
