  Once again, we decided to rent the wonderful house called Seacrest; this time for two weeks! (One wasn't enough last year.) The photos accurately reflect the appearance; the property is clean and well-maintained. It's location is perfect! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. (There's no need to bring any towels; there's pleny in the linen closet.) Also, very close (within 3 miles) to many different resturants & shop's. Each bedroom has a comfortable mattress, a flat screen TV w/cable, and CD player. (This is great because my family loved having one in their own room.) The large, eat-in kitchen is great to prepare meals; it has all the small appliances, cook ware, utensils, and dishes you'll need. My family and I especially loved the large wonderful pool and hot tub under the screened,enclosed laini. You can also regulate the water temp. to your liking! My family and I enjoyed many days just swiming in the pool; while having a glass of wine....while my son cooked on the BBQ. (My husband especially enjoyed fishing on their priviate dock.) In the garage, there are pool floats, sand toys, beach chairs, 3 bikes, coolers, and many other items very useful for your vacation in Marco Island. The owner, Paul, is great and easy to work with. He'll answer all or any questions you may have about the rental process, which is very simple. I would definately recommend "Seacrest" to all my family and friends; look no further.

  We thought the house was great, the pictures posted is what you did see in this home. The location was perfect, street quiet. Great area if you are a walker. Well kept and easy access to the beach. Loved the pool and hot tub. We will definitely visit this home again or others owned by this owner.

  My husband and I just returned home after spending 2 weeks at the Seacrest property! Neither of us wanted to return! We loved it! From the time I booked the home, the owner was very attentive. He provided us with all the info we needed in order to have the perfect stay. We fell in love with the house upon entry! The floor plan is awesome! The house has everything! It's located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood and the view from the lanai is just beautiful! We will definitely rent again and can't wait to return!

  We had a weeks stay at Seacrest in Marco Island. This wonderful house had everythings we needed and more. There was just a short walk to the beach which was lovely and sandy, sun chairs, umbrellas and towels all supplied. The pool was great really good size and the hot tub was a bonus sitting watching the sunset. Large kitchen open to the living room so I could cook whilst talking to the family then sit by window overlooking the water. The table tennis in the garage was a real hit with the boys. About two minutes drive down the road was a cinema and lots of restaurants to visit. About five miniutes drive there is a Winn Dixie which has a great selection of food. Paul made everything so easy with the booking. Would definitely recommend Seacrest for a vacation.

  We recently spent a fantastic week at the Seacrest home on Marco Island and we would highly recommend it to any couple or family who plans to vacation in this beautiful region in Florida. The home is very well situated just a few blocks from the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Seacrest is spacious and well furnished, and we especially enjoyed the luxury of having a private pool and hot tub for our use during our stay. The pool was heated to a comfortable 83 degrees, and since the lot to the north is undeveloped, we felt a real sense of serenity and privacy while using the pool and spa. The view from the lanai is as beautiful as advertised. The furnishings in the home are attractive and comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of plates, glasses, cutlery, serving dishes, pots and pans as well as other cooking accessories. Since we walked to the beach every day, we were especially pleased to find a variety of lawn chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and other recreational items available to use. There are large screen televisions throughout the home, and in addition to a library of DVDs and video games, there is also a closet full of games and books. There are also bikes in the garage for people who want to explore the island without driving. Seacrest was a perfect setting for a romantic vacation for the two of us, but the large open layout and three bedrooms would make it a great destination for families or for two or three couples who might want to share the home for a week on Marco Island. We were impressed with the detailed communications from the owner before, during, and after our stay. Since we had all of the pertinent information we needed before we arrived at the home, we had no trouble getting into the home or using the amenities during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our Marco Island experience, and we were very pleased that we had selected Seacrest as our vacation home for the week. We highly recommend this home to any couple, family, or group of friends who are looking for a comfortable and well-equipped vacation home that is located close to Marco Island shops and attractions.

  The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers! It was 3 easy walking blocks to the beach and easy drive to all attracts and restaurants on Marco. Very clean and comfortable with a great hot tub and pool! The kids were in the pool all day when we weren't on the beach. Laundry machines were a plus and the kitchen well stocked. Overall a large cheerful place that we would rent again. Paul was easily reachable by phone when a power outage caused a hot tub problem. Our favorite restaurant was Davides with homemade past and delish sauces straight from Italy! The kids loved parasailing off the Marriott beach and kayaking at tigertail beach. We loved having bikes to ride and the ping pong table was a hit at the house. It was a great vacation!

  This was my first time renting a private vacation home. The experience from beginning to end was excellent. The house was in excelent conditions, super clean. It is very close to the beautiful Marco Island Beach, walking distance. You will find in this house everything you will need to have a great Family Vacation Time. Overall great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We stayed at Seacrest in July/August 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The property was accurately described and the photos are a good reflection of the property. The property was very clean on arrival. The rooms are all of a good size (certainly for those of us from the UK they are very big!) and the pool has lovely views to open water. The walk to the beach is no more than 5 minutes at a slow stroll. Paul is a great guy and from our experience cares passionately about his guests comfort. We experienced a problem with the aircon and within an hour or so of calling him to report the problem we were moving out for a couple of days to 'Royalty' while the problem was fixed. (the fix took until the following afternoon, we returned two days later) We really enjoyed an early morning stroll down the beach when the wildlife is busy, the pool is great for relaxing by and there are shops and restaurants in easy reach - notably the Marriot (open to non residents) and the restaurants around the cinema - you can even get a good meal while watching a film! Joeys just down Collier is also great if you like Pizza. What else to say? This was our third trip to Marco and Seacrest is by far the best located property we have rented. Would we rcommend? Well, what do you think?

  Our family has enjoyed multiple stays at this house. It is a wonderful place to stay and is convenient to all beaches and restaurants. House is within walking distance to access public beach.

  My family of three stayed here in July of 2011 for a week. It was very kid friendly (my son about keeled over when he saw there was an X Box 360 in the family room AND two game cubes in two bedrooms!). I loved that you could walk to the beach, which believe me, in Marco, that's a bonus because there is very limited beach parking and that is $8 a day and on weekends, if you don't get there early, parking lots fill up. The house had umbrellas, chairs, floats and even a compressor to fill up the floats, as well as a ping pong table so it offered a lot for people that fly in and can't tote all those assundries.
