Our waterfront home is located at the end of a deep, wide, blue water canal on the ocean side of Cudjoe Key. It is nicely furnished with new 16" ceramic tile throughout the house. The family room and kitchen area have 3 brand new sliding glass doors which open out onto our large, elevated deck with the preferred Eastern exposure. We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a queen-size bed in each bedroom. We also have a sleeper sofa and loveseat to accommodate up to 6 people.
Bring your boat, or rent one at nearby Cudjoe Marina. Our canal offers a 150 yard, straight shot to the open waters of Kemp Channel. From there you are only 5 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, which features excellent reef or deep-blue-water sport fishing. Another 5 minutes takes you to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary Reef System where you will enjoy the best snorkeling or scuba diving in the Florida Keys. If bonefish or tarpon fishing is more your style, you are only a few short minutes from the flats fishing of the Back Country.
If you visit during lobster season, a short boat ride through the channels towards Sawyer Key provides you with the best lobster grounds in the Keys. The coral heads are plentiful in water depths of less than 13 feet and loaded with reef delicacies. With Key West only a 20 minute drive away, you can enjoy shopping, sightseeing, incredible seafood dining and nightlife.
We require a $500 utility/security deposit and a $125 cleaning fee. Utilities will be deducted from deposit and are the actual amount of the bill. Add 11.5% Sales Tax. |
