This was a wonderful place. Very clean, truly represented, great location, nice short walk to the beach, my friend and her family of 4, myself and 2 teenage boys plenty of room, nice peaceful and relaxing. This is a great home! Would recommend and stay again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This house was amazing! This home is in the perfect location. Far enough away from busy Myrtle beach, yet close enough to go to any of the atractions. We were so close to the beach, perfect to take the kids home for a nap and we all didnt have to pack up and leave. The house was clean and furnished nicely. We felt so at home. We had 6 adults, a 7 month old, 13 month old, 4 yr old and 11 yr old, and still had plenty of room. Cant wait to spend another family vacation here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

Holly's Hideaway was perfect for us: my wife and I, our daughter and son-in-law and their child, and our two grown sons and one of their friends. The house had everything and more:plus a private pool! Close to the beach and a short walk to Surfside Pier. We'd return to Holly's Hideaway again and again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My wife, son, daughter, daughter in law, and twin grandsons (2.5 yr) and I really enjoyed this property and it's location in Surfside. It was well represented and furnishings were ideal. The pool, although small, was quite adequate and a nice reprieve from the beach and ocean in the late afternoon. The location was perfect being only a very short walk to the beach and easily walkable to the pier. The owners were easy to work with and answered all my questions honestly. I would definitely return to this house on a future visit to Surfside Beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We were longtime Garden City renters who always had a dream to buy a beach house in Garden City. When the real estate market took a down turn, we seized the moment. We chose Surfside Beach over Garden City because it seemed less crowded and more family friendly. I'm sure you will love the area as much as we do!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Even though our home is in a low traffic area, we easily walk to a handfull of shops, bars and restaurants. You can also easily walk to the Surfside Pier which is 7 blocks south. Better yet, the beach is only steps away!
