Beautiful two story luxury townhome, located in a private gated community (very peaceful and quiet). Heavily wooded area with gardens, peacocks and other wildlife. Short walk down lovely path to famous Cocoa Beach. Ocean Woods community has many amenities, including two pools, one for adults only, one family pool heated year round. Tennis, shuffleboard, racquetball. Security guards both at gate and throughout community, intercom admittance. Lovely privacy fenced in patio with gas grill and bicycles.
Many wonderful clubs and restaurants located within two miles, sample menus in townhome. A fourth of a mile from Port Canaveral cruise ships and charter fishing boats, minutes from Cape Kennedy Space Center (our beach has excellent view of shuttle and rocket launches). Only one hour from Orlando's major attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc.). Walk to Cocoa Beach Fishing Pier and Jetty Park.

This was our first time in Florida and also our first time to fly. This condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. It had everything you need at the beach and for the condo. They supplied all linens, shampoo, soap and lotion was in the bathroom when we arrived. There were all of the beach items you need but can't take due to flying such as beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, beach towels, tennis rackets with ball and much more. I would definetly rent this condo again and the owners are the most wonderful people you will ever deal with. They were very accomadating and gave us very good pointers on restaurants in the area that were excellent.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
