We arrived to beautiful Ambergris Caye April 19, 2013 and stayed 10 days. We were pleasantly surprised how beautiful this condo was (the pictures do not give it justice). The condo is very spacious, nicely decorated, and has an OUTSTANDING view. It is equipped with anything you may need for an amazing vacation. There was a lot of construction in the next building; on day 4 we sent an email to the owner complaining of the noise, (which was horrendous). The very next day, we were moved to another beautiful condo. We really appreciated the effort that when in to moving us, this speaks highly of the owners (and property managers) character. Even though we only had 4 short days at this condo, we would for sure go back! I highly recommend it to anyone. There are wonderful restaurants all within walking distance, beautiful beach outside your door, grocery store around the corner. Angela, the housekeeper, is great and will help you with any questions you have.

Location is perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised with the location, view, size and amenities of our Suite! We were on the second floor and had a spectacular view to sit on our balcony and have our morning coffee or nightcap! The gates get locked at night that only people staying there have access too for security. The housekeeper, Angela, is not only good at what she does, but also very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions you have. As mentioned in other posts, we went snorkeling for a day with her son, Stephen and his crew, on his 35 ft Catamaran. We had a great meal on a beach. They dove for Conch and made an awesome Ceviche, and then we got to take a shell!! We walked everywhere in San Pedro, as it is close to both downtown to the north and markets and other bars to the south as well. If you want to have a fully equipped spacious place to stay on the beach, this is the place. The wifi worked great in the kitchen, living room and deck!

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a great experience, the property managers and staff were very help full. The property itself was well maintained with spectacular views and a beautiful beach. Location location it's perfectly situated close to all of the best restaurants in San Pedro. The small dive shop near the condo was very accomodating and made our snorkeling adventures unforgetable. 30th wedding anniversary vacation.

Stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The weather was almost perfect day and night but being right on the beautiful Caribbean the wind may be a problem for sum with little kids. The food was excellent and we had Our favorite spots, Caroline's or Estel's for breakfast, most of the beachside bars for a afternoon snack. Fido's was our main stop for fresh caught seafood at night plus great live entertainment on weekends. Angela the housekeeper was absolutely the best very, helpful when you needed it and almost invisible the rest of the time. 10 percent discount from Seaduced on excursions.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

You're going to love this place and the view!

There are six units in this condo complex. We stayed in unit one which is on the ground floor. It was clean, roomy and met all our expectations. Angela (house keeper) will take good care of you so take good care of her. We like to mingle with the locals and she pointed us in the right direction in terms of places to eat and activity/shopping opportunities. You are just a few feet from the water and the ever changing view will keep a smile on your face. The location is such that you can walk everywhere. We didn’t rent a golf cart during our stay. By the end of our ten days we pretty much knew our way around San Pedro just by walking. Great snorkeling out by the reef. We took three boat trips which included fishing, snorkeling and lunch. One of our trips was with Angela’s son Stephen who has a 36’ catamaran. It was great and he and his brother Marco are motivated to please. A couple of suggestions as to where to eat are: Mickey’s, Secret Deli, Waruguma’s and Blue Water Grill. Belizean Reef Suites was perfect for us and I’m sure we will return. Due to the proximity of the airport, there is some aircraft noise. You can set your watch in the morning to the 6:30 a.m. Tropic Air arrival. :-)

We arrived Saturday afternoon and walked the one block to the Condo, easly walk No Problem.. Place was very clean and Angela kept the place that way our whole trip. Condo is large for Belize big perching overlooking the water, huge sun deck on roof, large kitchen living room combo. Great place for the price, there are nicer places with more facilities , but if your looking for quite, private, and comfortable this is it. Walking distance of everything downtown and along the beach, we rented a art for one day to explorer the island, very bumpy roads and busy on downtown streets.. Taxi's for in close trips are basic and $10.bz ($5). Took one the last night to Hidden Treasury nice dining, great food. This is. Diving, snorkling, fishing village the bars and lots of good eateries. If your in a hurry, looking for something to do every minute, not going to be your kind of place... Small dive shop Mystical Adventures with local guy men who will take you on private dive trips to the near by reefs, some gear, smaller boats, personalized attention. Prices are in line with others. Ask for David or Shameer. If you want to try your hand free diving and spear fishing Shameers your man. David is a good dive master.. Cons: there is some noise from the airport turbo props, but no a big deal at all, we ran A/C at night to dampen outside noises and slept well. Highly recommend for the price, location, size, and quality.. Would definitely stay here again..

Wonderful condo

We stayed here during the 2 nd week of January and found everything to be perfect. The owner was very prompt with all of our communication. The condo is just like it is shown in the pictures. It was spotless and had every thing we could need. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, dishes and cooking utensils. They are items like one would have at home, not something that came from a flee market. There are lots of linens and beach towels. The furniture and the bed are comfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom is very efficient and the rest of the living space is comfortable with the gentle breeze coming off the ocean. The shower has lots of hot water. The wireless Internet worked great and was very convinient. The location is fantastic, within a 5 minute walk you have all of the best restaurants in Ambergris Caye. Yet the location is quiet. The condo complex it self is also very quiet we thought we might be the only guests we did not see or hear anyone else. To our surprise every suite had guests. We would highly recommend this property for a holiday in paradise!

We stayed here for 9 bays this past month and it was amazing. The condo is well furnished, very comfortable and very nice. The (2) fouton chairs fold down to make very comfortable single beds, very comfortable. We arrived the day after a big rain and the humidity was pretty high making the non air conditioned living room a little sticky, however when the humidy dried up and the weather got cooler it was then quite comfortable. We dove several days and the dive opperators picked us up at one of the (2) piers in front of the condo. Everytrhing is within a walk, to include the airport. We lugged (2) carry ons and (2) large dive bags (on wheels) weighing 50 lbs each from the airport to the condo, no big deal. Save your money and walk. There is also a safe in the condo to store your valuables, passports, etc. Angela the house lady is amazing and full of great information, listen to her. Places we patronized and recomend: Food: El Cafe, Ramones, Fido's, Lick's and Estelle's for breakfast, Waragumas. Dive: Carribean Breeze Tours (ask for dive master Martin). These guys gave us top notch concierge service and worked with us on the price. For our Blue Hole trip we used Amigos Del Mar and were very happy. Fishing: We spent (1) day out with housekeeper Angela's son who owns and opperates his own catamaran. We stayed inside the reef and snorkeled, fished and hung out. Steve (son) went free diving for lobster and Conch then cleaned all of our fish, lobster and Conch for a large sea food lunch on the boat. Great fun and even greater value.
