  We enjoyed our stay at the unit. It was as described where we found the listing. Quiet, clean and comfortable which is what we like. We will recommend it to family and friends should they be interested in a coast visit. We hope to perhaps visit again in the future. Sharise was helpful with any questions I had prior to our visit. Thanks.

  We stayed at this condo for 3 nights in Nov. The listing description and photos were accurate regarding the location, appearance and amenities. The location was close to everything. It was clean and every cozy warm. The owner was great and easy to work with. We would recommend this property and stay there again. The price was very AFFORDABLE!

  We spent a month at this condo in July and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was very comfortable and was stocked with everything you need, paper towels, TP, etc. The kitchen is equipped with all the right utensils,dinnerware, and allows you to prepare full meals. The location is centrally located for shopping and restaurants if you choose to eat out. Our two grandsons from Kansas were able to join us for several days and they really enjoyed the beach area. With the bay right outside our door,they spent most of the time digging in the sand or playing in the water. We were very comfortable with them in the water because of the gentle slope the and the shallowness. The weather while we were there was outstanding. We had only one day with rain and it made our morning walk on the beach that day even more enjoyable. We found the maintenance staff at the complex to be very courteous and helpful. We look forward to coming back again for another stay here,as we found this to be the perfect place to escape the Arizona heat in the summer. One more FYI, if you like fresh baked goods, you'll really love the Depoe Baykery. It is right on 101 just a few miles north of Depoe Bay. We went through 5 loaves of their herb ciabatta bread and they make a macaroon that is to die for.

  We stayed at this wonderful condo just last week and had a fabulous vacation! The weather was great for being at the Oregon Coast and the Siletz Bay is our favorite place to be. The boys enjoyed clamming nightly in the bay and we also went crabbing many times, even caught enough to freeze and bring home to enjoy later! We cooked most of our meals at the cabin and the kitchen was well stocked to do so! The king bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable and our boys had no complaints sleeping on the futon in the living room! We also loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the sunset and amazing view!! The condo was super clean and so nice because you could have bonfires on the beach right outside, walk to Mo's for lunch/dinner and there was also a cute ice cream shop within walking distance to enjoy treats!! We are already contemplating booking now to stay here again next summer we had such a great time! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home for the week!!

  We had a great time staying here for the month of December. The condo is cozy and warm with a great view. The beach is literally steps away. We would love to come back soon!

  This condo is superb, it is fully stocked with everything one would need. The grounds as well as the beach is kept neat and clean. My husband and I loved watching the little ones play on the beach & fly kites. There is lots to see and do and much of it is within walking distance. There is also many really good eating places within walking distance which was great. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the oregon coast.

  My teenage daugther and I stayed at this rental for 2 weeks in August 2010. The condo is exactly as advertised and more :) Everything you see in the photos is there, true to description. The place is clean and comfortable, has everything you need, not to mention the absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. There are a couple of chairs and a little table out there where I spent many mornings with my coffee. Futon bed in the living room is indeed very comfy :) and again, the view! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and plates and everything you need to make a meal, coffee maker and microwave included. The best thing about the place is that you're practically on the beach/bayfront! No need to put your shoes on to get to the water. Great place for families with kids too; you can make fires right on the beach, fly your kite, look for shells and rocks, or walk to Mo's for some great noms :) Ice cream place within walking distance too. Stay at the beach all day, or take a day trip to see a lighthouse (Cape Meares), go hiking (Drift Creek Falls) and exploring (Haceta Head) or stop for cheese & wine tasting (Blue Heron in Tillamook). These are just some of the fun places we visited but there is so much more to do another trip is in order :) If you still wish to go somewhere this season, rent this place and have fun at Lincoln City :) Best rental yet and I've stayed at a few different ones in the past. The owner is most helpful and responsive to any questions and needs you might have. Thank you Eric for letting us stay. I am hoping to come back again. Would absolutely recommend to my family and friends :)

The maintenance at this complex is phenomenal. This family friendly complex is right on Siletz Bay complete with sea lions and seasonal clam digging. Siletz Bay is the safest beach in Lincoln City for the kids to swim. There is also para sailing and kite flying on the bay. At low tide, we go out to the rocks and explore the tidal pools. Everything you need is within walking distance from the unit. The Wildlife Refuge is nearby and perfect for the casual walk or serious hike. There is such a wide variety of things to do and see while visiting the area that you will never be bored. The condominium is located in a quiet complex and is my favorite getaway with my family, that special someone, or even by myself.
