Songbirds of every color serenade you as you view palm tree tops and the ocean from the lanai painted with murals of the seascape. Quiet and peaceful location across from the beach and close to some of the best snorkeling and boogie boarding on the island. Two of us stayed in this top floor condo unit for two weeks in February 2013. Everything you need is there for a very comfortable stay. Located in the back building, this unit was extremely quiet; no noise from Alli'i Drive. Nice, large, south-facing lanai with several peekaboo views of the ocean and two tennis courts and a grassy area that created an open space across from the lanai (you're not looking across into other units). While there we had a plumbing issue; it was taken care of promptly and politely. . L'aloa Beach is directly across the street, and is a perfect place to watch the sunsets! This beach, though small, has public restrooms and showers. Condo complex has redone the pool and spa decking; nice covered BBQ area and grounds. Elevators and covered parking. Would definitely return!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
