Our stream side cottage is privately located on 5 park-like acres that are landscaped with beautiful gardens. Guests have access to the stream where you can swim, skip rocks, or simply sit and meditate on the nature all around you. We are less than a mile from the center of Woodstock, where you can find a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, art galleries and activities.
The cottage has everything you need to relax and enjoy a private getaway in the Hudson Valley. Our guests have all told us how perfectly situated this spot is, and they leave wanting to come back soon.
Woodstock is less than an hour from the airports in Albany and Newburgh, 2.5 hours from JFK, Newark, and La Guardia airports, and a 2 hour drive from Manhattan.

Living in Hawaii, we're used to beautiful surroundings and we've found another paradise in this peaceful and lovely setting. The cottage is extremely comfortable and you can't beat the location next to the stream. Having the owner living nearby was a plus for us. Jane went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and yet when we were in the back near the stream it was as if there was no one for miles. Just perfect.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We enjoyed this magical spot! It was the perfect getaway from Brooklyn! We had good intentions of hiking and exploring more, but found ourselves mesmerized by the stream and meadows and thoroughly enjoyed staying here instead. Our stay in this cottage added unforgettable memories to our Catskills vacation. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday in the outside grill. This was priceless... To wake up with the symphony of the stream sets your day with positive energy. The cottage was clean and the main bed amazing!! One thing to note is that the friendly owners do live in the big house next to it, so if you are looking for complete privacy, this might not be the right place.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great weekend at this cottage. Has a gorgeous outdoor space right alongside a stream. Billy and Jane were super. Highly recommend if you want a nice place to unwind outside.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Perfect getaway. The place was clean and well maintained. Sitting by the stream in the backyard or listening to it from the bedroom was most relaxing. Although I was a little taken back by the closeness to the owner's house, they fully respected our privacy and were extremely gracious in giving us information that was useful for our stay. When you're in the backyard by the stream, it's very private. I would definitely return to this place.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.
