My daughter and I had such a nice stay at this unit. It is comfortable and cosy. The location is excellent. The bus stops are just in front of the building. Both Clint and Shirley were very kind and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Vancouver.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just spent 4 nights in Shirley and Clint's condo. They did a wonderful job orienting us to the neighborhood. It was the perfect location for our first time to Vancouver, as we were able to walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was spotless, with a very comfortable bed... great view! Having a washer/dryer right in the unit was great, as was the secure parking and access to a great gym. After eating at "Bin", I needed it! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shirley and Clint!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and twin toddlers stayed at the studio and found it wonderful! The location is great as is the hospitality. The studio is in a building that has all the amenities that a nice hotel has, but at a better price and more privacy. My friend and I stayed in this beautiful studio apt and had a wonderful experience! Shirley and Clint were so helpful in booking and checking us in. The apt was clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or place to stay in Vancouver! The apt was in a great location we could walk to most sections of town. Parking in the garage was cheap. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I had the pleasure of staying in this condo during my recent visit to Vancouver. A friend and I rented two units from Clint and Shirley in the same building (Sheraton Wall Center). It was a much better value than settling for two hotel rooms that would have cost more and offered less. Great location (you can walk to everything), amenities (full kitchen, washer/dryer, fitness center access, wifi), modern decor, and some small, unexpected touches to enhance your stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great place to stay. Shirley and Clint are the best! They gave us very special treatment. Very upscale neighborhood. Loved Granville Island shopping. Great weather. We've just returned from a week in this unit (end of May 2011) and could not have been happier. It's located in a central area close to Robson St, the Yaletown Area, seabus to Granville Island and a very short cab ride or medium distance walk to the Rogers Arena / BC Place and served as a great home base. The unit is well equipped with everything you'd need for a relaxing week and the owners are among the best we've dealt with from VRBO. We hope to return to Vancouver in the Fall as a part of a cruise or West Coast tour and will definitely make this our first choice for accommodations. By the way, Bin 941 has amazing tapas and Joeys on Burrard has excellent lettuce wraps, we also enjoyed the Yaletown Brewery and Earls, though Bin and Joeys were exceptional.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A beautiful condo in a fantastic location; everything is within walking distance. We were very comfortable during our stay and the condo is nicely furnished. We had our toddler with us and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows of the suite kept him happy for hours. Shirley and Clint were excellent hosts and even took the trouble to bring extra toys for our little guy. It was also nice to have access to the hotel pool. My husband and I just returned from a 5 night stay at clint and shirley's wonderful studio condo at Sheraton Wall Center. The condo was perfectly appointed and very comfy with outstanding views. The fruit and bottle of wine were just a lovely touch. We had just completed a 2 week land/cruise tour to Alaska and our stay in Vancouver was the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation. We stayed at this nice condo for our honeymoon in Vancouver and it was the perfect place, centrally located in downtown. At first, I was nervous about booking a condo for a honeymoon, but this was the best idea. Clint and Shirley greeted us with a bottle of wine and were so accommodating to our every need. They also gave us maps and recommendations to local restaurants. Joey Burrard (at Robson), in walking distance, was the perfect place for a nice dinner. This was much better than a hotel stay. We would give them six stars if we could.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

After returning from our cruise we stayed in this great condo for 3 nights to visit and explore Vancouver. It beats every hotelroom with it's central location, superb view, very clean en cosy atmosphere. There a some groceryshops and supermarkets (even a 24h 7/11 at the corner) very close by as well as the cinema theater and the most important shopping streets. Everything is within walking distance and the stop for the hop-on-hop-off bus is right across the street. Shirley and Clint were most helpfull and attending hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much and slept very comfortable after walking miles and miles in the city. When we ever visit Vancouver again we certainly will stay here again. In the meantime we tell all our friends and family who are planning a visit to Vancouver about this great place!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at one of the McIlwraith's fabulous urban condos in the Sheraton Wall Centre in June 2010 for 4 nights. We were very impressed with how efficiently the unit was laid out and how hip the furnishings were. Spotless. We had everything we needed. Our mission was to decompress and get away from the craziness that was Calgary. Mission accomplished. Shirley and Clint were very gracious hosts. This location was perfect for accessing everything in YVR. Will definitely return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I spent the weekend in Vancouver for two romantic days for our one year wedding anniversary. Beautiful suite, very modern and full of amenities. I especially loved the convenience of the wireless internet and phone with answering machine. Great location it is central to everything in downtown Vancouver, only a short stroll to shopping, restaurants, Gastown, Yaletown and even a comedy club across the street. Love the floor to ceiling windows, great views of the garden and fun for people watching. The Condo is very quiet both day and night, no better place to relax. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Usually we have a hard time finding a quiet and relaxing place to stay especially in the city. We are often disappointed but I think this is one of the first times I have slept-in while I was on vacation. We would highly recommend this Condo. Thanks Shirley and Clint for all your hospitality and for the great bottle of wine.
