We absolutely enjoyed staying in this condo. The condo is very well layed out with lots of updated features, not to mention you cant beat the Beach Club in Gulf Shores as a resort. Having access to beach supplies such as nets, towels, and buckets was a big plus. We will definitely return next year.

We spent a family vacation with 14 people (8 adults) in this property, and were very pleased with the accomodations. Beach Club is a first class resort and this condo provides an excellent location and view. The listing/description for the property was accurate, and the owner is very helpful and easy to work with. There were some minor cleaning issues that we informed the owner about, and I'm sure those will be cleared up for future guests. We would recommend the property to any family looking for a good vacation resort on the gulf. Found a sea turtle nest about 1 mi. E. on beach near Bon Secour Nat'l Park, where it was being marked and protected. One change has taken place in the pricing of the Beach Club access to the exercise/game/spa/main pool; the special access card now starts at about $40/day and reduces for additional days down to about $20/day after 5-6 days. However, it is not necessary to access this area to enjoy most of the Beach Club facilities; other pools and the beach are part of the open facility to all guests and owners. Great vacation accomodations; biggest secret on the gulf!

Each year we have a vacation with kids and grandkids. This property is perfect for large a large family. Not only is it well equiped but Ms. Fran makes you feel like part of her family. We have done a family vacation for years and this is the only property we have had repeated stays. You will not be dissapointed.

We recently enjoyed a lengthy stay at The Beach Club in this unit. The condo was beautifully furnished, with everything we could need on hand. The owners and their daughter were extremely efficient and kind with any requests we had. Any issues for maintenance were handled immediately, with awesome follow-up. We felt like the owners really had a great handle on managing the property, even from a distance. They provided excellent customer service and we hope to rent from them again soon. They make this unit a top choice within The Beach Club complex.

Customer friendly and ethical owner

Our experience rather unique, however, does illustrate type of owner and her dedication to making your stay best it can be. First off, Beach Club is very nice facility, nice clean beach, excellent pools, very short walk to beach, view of Gulf outstanding. Regards to our stay, we were unable to stay in this owner's unit due to the entire building being under repair due to lighting strike that occured two days before our stay. When owner alerted us to the situation beyond her control, she did not just send our money back and say sorry. She took it upon herself to tie in with many of her contacts at the Club to locate us another unit, working most of her Labor Day Holiday, to try and save our vacation and although she had no control over what other units charged, was able to find us another unit in another building at very similiar cost. She stayed in contact for the entire 3 weeks we were at the Beach Club, allowed us to use whatever we needed from her unit's closet, and continued to work on our behalf for several other situations the storm damage created. All in all, I can not tell you how customer friendly and even more so, how efficient she was at securing other accomodations. We could not have done without her connections. And she really did not have to do anything, none of the problem was her doing. I would recommend dealing with this owner on almost any issue, very trustworthy and ethical person.

the most beautiful condo i have ever seen, fantastic location, very friendly and helpful owners, photos are true and helpful, recommend penisula and kiva dunes gol course,tacky jacks, bahama bobs, and original oyster house restaurants. all parties ageed best stay ever in gulf shores, highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys first class accomendations and beautiful scenery

We were satisfied beyond expectations since our arrival at the beach club. The complex is beautiful, luxurious and very inviting since you cross the gate. The condo has everything to make your stay perfect, every detail shows thoughtfulness from the owner, what a pleasure it is to rent from such kind, helpful and distinguished owners! The bedrooms are comfortable, nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you might need for your holidays. It was so great to be able to use the beach chairs, umbrella, towels...for those of us living in the city and not wanting to purchase such items! If you haven't been to the Gulfshore area, you will be greatly surprised of the natural, well- preserved beauty of the beach, the wildlife still untouched... and the family- oriented atmosphere that you will find. Only one thing was needed...extra days! Thank you!

We love this location so much that we have stayed here for seven years. It is a very elegant well decorated condo with all the modern conveniences of home. There is plenty of room for all eleven of us! We really enjoyed the use of the owner's closet with beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, volleyball, umbrellas, etc. It was easier to pack knowing that we had all of those items at the condo. We do a lot of cooking while on vacation and the kitchen is well furnished with almost any gadet that you could possibly need. The owners were very attentive to our every need and wanted our vacation to be perfect. We love our vacations at this condo! Looking forward to next year!

I would just like to take a moment to express what an excellent stay my family and I had at this property. Not only did the owner bend over backwards and see that every part of their property was in pristine condition, she went out of her way to see that any information which could be helpful was shared. The condo is very large, roomy and has everything needed for relaxing stay. The Beach Club complex is very well maintained and all the staff are eager to assist you in any way. My family and I will definitly return to this property.

The view from the balcony is not the view pictured on the website. The orientation is primarily of the sand, ocean and sky. Standing, looking over the balcony, you can see a small curve of the pool on the far south side of the Avalon pool - no beautiful view of the Beach Club and its pools - none! This units balcony is solid cement with an extended rain guard below and outside of the balcony preventing the view as pictured. Very disappointing to me as I just had knee replacement surgery and had looked forward to the beautiful view from the balcony - all I could see was cement. Additionally the electric grill had not been cleaned and was dripping smelly grease. The condo oven had not been cleaned, a cabinet was off its hinge, hanging, a tub drain clogged and a toilet not working - the toilet and hanging cabinet were repaired at the end of week. We arrived with a week's worth of groceries only to find the pantry locked. We called the owner and she said it was her father's closet and had his things inside and we couldn't use it. She said we could make room in the pan and dish cabinets. We looked for the beach chairs as seen on the beach on the web site. We couldn't find them in the closet by the front door (the balcony closet was also locked). We even asked the concession if by chance the unit had the chairs on the beach and, after checking, said no. The TVs also didn't work. We used the directions left by the owner, however, the sets still didn't work. My opinion is that your web site is misleading. I hope you change your pictures to accurately depict your view. Also I recommend a new cleaning service - they are not serving you well - or us. If a drain is not draining, the cleaning service should report it - maybe they did - the situation should not be left for a family to deal with. When we told the owner about a broken towel ring - she chamingly laughed and said it had been that way since the day she bought it. She had a similar charming style about the grill, pantry and hanging cabinet. That is fine if she and her family are staying there - it is not fine if a paying vacationer and her small family and young grandchildren have to deal with the inconvenience of a poorly maintained and misrepresented condo. We have stayed at the beach club through VBRO and never had an experience lilke this - and hope never to again.

It is not by chance that no other guests have had a similar experience. We do have one of the biggest and exquisitely furnished condos at The Beach Club!! And we will do everything to ensure your vacation experience is the best you ever have! We are proud and feel very honored to have more than 60% of our guests return each year. We pride ourselves in going over-board to fully assure all of our guests are well-informed, expectations fully met and their vacation experience exceptional. We communicate with each guest upon arrival and during their stay, resolving any issues as they arise as quickly as possible. I wish there was something I could take from this guest review to improve where we have failed. I do not feel our VRBO ad is misleading in any way or we would have similar complaints of unmet expectations. Any photos taken from other balconies to get a better shot of the pools & beach will be more descriptive and representative of when and where it was taken.

A beautiful condo with all the right amenities!!

Our family, a group of 5 adults & 3 children (ages 8 - 15) had a fantastic vacation here. There was PLENTY of room and never had the feeling of stepping on someone's toes! There was plenty of beach goods in the closet, so there was no need in over packing (which is definitely a plus). Fran was wonderful to work with and the entire stay was very enjoyable! We, of course, didn't want to leave! Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us! We will definitely be back!

This is our third time booking this condo and we love it. It has all the comforts of home, great views, and terrific ammenities. The owners are friendly and helpful. They even let you use thier chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. I hope to go back every year.

We were able to put our students on the bus for the last time and then a few hours later headed to your place for some much needed rest. Words could not describe how pleased we were when we stepped foot into your lovely condo at The Beach Club. We enjoyed giggles, great conversations, the sand and sea air, and wonderful fellowship outside of the halls of our school. The beds all were extremely comfortable and the veranda was perfect for our group of 10 to sip coffee and hang out. We can't wait for the next school year so that we can enjoy your place again. Unfortunately, I think others would like to come with us, however, they'll have to book a separate condo at the resort. :)

we have stayed in this unit for several years and have aways enjoyed our time there. the owner has added upgrades recently.they are very friendly and easy to deal with. we have booked for next year.

Very spacious, amenities galore, awesome view etc !!!!!!! Loved each bedroom having it's own bathroom --great master suite !!! There was 10 of us -- age 6 months to 60--never felt crowded !! It was smooth sailing working with owner ! Hope to return soon !! Had a nice lunch at club ! Enjoyed indoor pool .

Really enjoyed the size of the condo and the view from the 19th floor - beach was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed having all the pools at our disposal. The condo is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you need for a wonderful vacation. Will definitely book future stays!

This condo is exceptionally furnished with plenty of space for the guests. The amenities were very nice, with plenty of pool area to enjoy. This is also in a quiet part Gulf Shores, so there is very little traffic to deal with when venturing out. You have excellent views from the oceanfront patio. We also thoroughly enjoyed the beach!
