Approximately half of the 64 condos at Newhaven have some view of the ocean. Only a few of the units, however, have a view of the Fripp Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean's horizon stretching 180 degrees that can be viewed from the deck, the family room, and two of the bedrooms. Rooms are rooms and furniture is furniture, but the expansive ocean view of Unit 643 will help you forget your problems back home, and you will really feel like you are on vacation.
Newhaven sunbathers can set up beach chairs in front of the unit on a large deck at the water's edge. Another option for beachgoers that prefer enjoying the beach at high tide or low tide is to use the free golf cart to make the short ride to the mid island beach. Newhaven guests enjoy the short golf cart ride on the shady private road with groups of friendly deer along the way. If you look closely at one of the attached photos taken from inside our unit, you can see vacationers fishing around the rocks that separate Fripp Inlet from the beach and attract flounder, redfish, and other species.
