Our condominium is the place for you! The complex is uniquely horse-shoe shaped to give each unit an awesome view of the gulf, as well as, a view of the beautifully landscaped pool area. In addition, all units have an enclosed private garage. Ours has a remote entry and plenty of room for two cars
This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is located in the gated complex of Pavilion Palms. This condo lets you enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico. We are on the second floor of a 3 story low rise with only 10 condos per building. The condo has 10 ft ceilings, 18 x 18 ceramic tiles in the living areas. This is a very large condo with approx. 1300 sf and another 280 sf balcony. The balcony has a patio set for enjoying the evening breeze. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, an attached bath with marble vanity, plus french doors that lead out to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bath. Both of the bedrooms have cable tv, and dvd's.
The huge fully equipped kitchen is well equipped and even has an ocean view! This condo is much larger then usual and even has a 7 x 14 separage utility room. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Pompano Joe's beach side restaurant, which is a favorite of the locals as well as the tourists! It is also only 5 minutes from Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the new Destin Commons Mall.
Ammenities: Gated Entry, Elevator, Non Smoking Unit, Maximum of 6 people. Community pool with Cabana and Restrooms right in front of our unit. Beach with additional Restrooms at beach access. Large 7 x 14 utility room with full size washer and dryer, irn, irning board, vacuum cleaners, beach toys, Central A/C and ceiling fans. Beds: One King, One Queen, Queen sleeper sofa. 3 Tv's, Vcrs, Dvd's, CD/stereo, 2 clock radios, phone, huge kitchen with separate pantry, Micorwave, Dishwasher, Side by Side refrigerator, Ceran top stove, plus everythign else you'd expect in a well stocked kitchen.

Pavilion Palms is just a few steps to the beach. Also, within walking distance is Destin's famous Pompano Joe's Restaurant, where you can enjoy dining at beachside for lunch or dinner.

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...

Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within a short drive. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.

For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.

The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, including, Polo, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment choose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.

More great shopping can be found at the Destin Commons outdoor mall. Enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, Books-A-Million & Maui Nix Surf Shop to rattle off a few. Stop for a bite to eat at the Hard Rock Café, Panera Bread, Tony’s Ristorante or Sushi Siam. More than just shopping the Destin Commons Center Plaza offers a soft-play kids playground and a 49-head pop fountain. Community activities and entertainment are held through the year at Destin Commons . Rave Motion Pictures is also housed at Destin Commons to catch the latest releases.

Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events that are held at the Market Shops Green or the Center Plaza within the Village.

If you do not want to bring your boat, one of Destin’s many charter boats would love the opportunity to take you out for full or half day excursions. Water surrounds Destin with the intercoastal waterway to the north and Gulf on the south, creating an abundance of water sports available, including kayaking, wave running, parasailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more!
There are water parks and gocarts for the kids, and fishing, boating, swimming, golfing, dinning, and shopping till you drop. Destin has it all.
