If there was one word I'd use to describe this condo it would be~ PERFECT! The one thing my family continued to say prior to our vacation was that they couldn't wait to return to the condo because it felt like 'home'. They were so right! When we pulled in our two year old yelled from the back seat~ 'MY CONDO!!!' ;) Of course the look on our girls' faces when they realized their boogie boards from last year were still there was PRICELESS!!! The condo is PERFECTLY decorated & IMMACULATELY clean! Anything that you may need is located in a cabinet or drawer somewhere and I mean ANYTHING & EVERYTHING! There is no need to pack extras or run out to the store for things forgotten which as we all know is very nice!! We spent a lot of time on the spacious well equipped balcony enjoying the view. We watched the dolphins every morning and large schools of sting rays through out the day~ it was AMAZING! We can not imagine staying with anybody other than Neil & Sheila~ they make it all so easy. They make you feel welcome from your first inquiry. They take great pride in their 'home' and it shows. We had family staying several floor above us and they even remarked on how much better equipped this condo was than the one they were staying in this year AND the one they stayed in last year. I was just assuming all condo's offered what the Howell's does~ evidently I was mistaken! They were impressed by the movies & books provided.....said it makes it more inviting and comfortable. I'd never thought about it like that before, but I'm sure Neil & Sheila knew EXACTLY what they were doing ;) I decided to leave behind a few extras...leave our mark if you will~ a book in the children's book basket in the front bedroom, a new movie & we added a few more sand toys, a kite & large fishing net (we used for night crabbing) to the stash of beach toys~ we hope future families will enjoy using them during their stay!

My long time gal pals and I stayed at Neil & Shelia's beautiful condo the week of April 13 - 20, 2013. As usual, the condo was beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle. All the luxuries of home. All you really need to take is your clothes and personal care items. Neil & Shelia have thought of everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING to make your vacation time with them the most enjoyable time you will spend at the beach. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for "THE" best condo in PCB. Neil & Shelia, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach home with all of us and as soon as I have vacation time built up with my new job.....we'll be back. You are such a blessing to us all.

My family and I just returned from our second visit to this wonderful condo. The condo was outstanding in every way. We had everything that we could have possibly wanted and many things that we would not have thought to ask for. The owners are gracious, professional and welcoming. The location was perfect as were the amenities on the property . We cant wait to visit again next year.

This our third stay in as many years in this beautiful condo and we are never disappointed. The owners have made us feel so very welcomed and comfortable. The condo is always imaculate with every imaginable need provided. The condo is so very well-maintained without any noticeable wear from our previous visits. We feel as if the owners take a very personal interest in us to make sure that our stay is enjoyable. We were so happy with our experience that we have already booked a week in this condo for next spring to bring our daughter and grandchildren for a week's vacation. We know they will love it just as much as we do!

A Little Piece of Heaven on Earth

I have to tell you, when I first discovered this condo on VRBO, I fell in love with the furnishings & decor, but was a little skeptical as to whether or not the description was a "true" portrait of what the condo actually is. I am HAPPY to report that not only is it beautifully decorated, it has "almost" everything you need for a fun, relaxing, comfortable beach vacation. I say "almost" because I love to cook and this is ABSOLUTELY "the BEST" stocked kitchen in a condo that we have EVER stayed in. One of the recipe's that I took with us to prepare required a rolling pin to roll out the puff pastry to be used in the recipe. I do believe that a rolling pin is THE ONLY thing NOT in that kitchen, but I have a feeling that there will be one there when I return in April of 2013. We also had the extreme pleasure of meeting Neil & Shelia before we left and I have to say they are truly wonderful, gracious hosts and we are so blessed that they share their beautiful condo with us and every one else that has had the pleasure of renting from them. Their attention to detail and the cleanliness of the condo has given us our new beach "home away from home" destination. We are creature's of habit and tend to stick with the places that we come across that make us feel welcome & safe....Treasure Island #908 is like no other condo you will rent. We HIGHLY recommend renting from Neil & Shelia Howell. You can't go wrong when you do. Thanks again Neil & Shelia for a "wonderful" vacation. As I wrote to you in your guest book...we now have a new "Thankful" to add to our list during this time of Thanksgiving. Neil and Shelia definitely went over the top to make our stay most enjoyable. We have stayed at Treasure Island for the past seven years and their condo is the nicest we have ever stayed in. I'm a bit of a clean freak so I was estatic when I saw how clean the condo was! The decor is beautiful too! I was also I impressed with the nice towels,sheets, and wonderfully stocked kitchen. The beds were heavenly too, so comfortable. Not only is this a fantastic place to stay, Neil and Shelia are so kind and easy to work with. We will be coming back for sure!

JUST BEAUTIFUL!

We had been coming to PC beach for years, and had used VRBO several times. The minute we walked in the door, we knew we had chosen the right place. It was exactly like the photos; although you didn't see all the extras that were there for our convenience. It was the cleanest condo we had ever rented. You could tell by the decor and the time and love put into making this a very special place for their guests that Neil and Shelia were very thoughtful people, who wanted you to have everything you needed to make your stay a memorable one. We even received a call the first evening to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. WOW! We've never had that before! The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, and we received our deposit back just four days after returning home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to PC beach.

A VERY ENJOYABLE VACATION

I’ve read all the reviews left for the condo and what more can we say? We agree totally with everyone’s comments. The condo is very well decorated, but most of all it's comfortable which is very important to us. It would seem as they have thought of everything. We’ve never stayed anywhere that a new bar of “name brand” bath soap was supplied, that was a very nice and well thought of surprise. Like others I always pack the extras, a clean can opener, a candle and matches as we’ve had the power go out while in condos, plus my own clean coffee pot, none of which was needed. The pictures and the condo’s supplied items are indeed exactly as they say. The beach chairs and umbrella are in very good shape and sturdy. The owners are very helpful as we had a problem opening the front door upon arrival. Phoned and was immediately instructed how to open the door, the following day we were phoned to see if we were comfortable and make sure we didn’t need anything. Nice touch. One more thing I would like to add. I’ve never been in a condo that had a couple of pictures of the condo owner and their family. Truthfully that struck me as a great personal touch, after all you are staying in their home and it gave you the feeling that you actually knew them. We will certainly make every effort to return next year.

Welcome to Perfection. That should be posted on the door to this Condo, That is what you walk into. This has been our third year staying in condo 908, From the moment you first speak to the owners, you become aware your about to experience something different. Within a minute its like speaking to an old friend. They supply you with everything you need from moment one. When you first open the door you are floored with how nice it is. The pictures on here are great but do not capture the feeling you will receive. Everything in the condo is first class and well kept. In the three years we have stayed here there has been zero decline in the awesomeness. You must do dinner and breakfast in at least once. The kitchen has everything you need eating on the balcony is a truly great experience in itself. The view is spectacular of the gulf and the one from the second bedroom [of the marina] is also spectacular. You never feel like your visiting, when you arrive here your home. It is great even sitting in the living room and watching the parasailers, ships and the occasional fighter jet fly by. With all that is great here the best thing about this place are the owners. We will continue staying here as long as they keep having us. Thank you

LOOK NO FURTHER!

This is a beautiful, immaculate condo with every amenity one would need for a vacation at the beach. These photos are accurate, but the unit is so much prettier in person. Neil and Shelia are actively-involved owners, who have thought of everything for their guests. The condo is very well-appointed with lovely furnishings and happy colors, a well-stocked kitchen, nice master shower and plenty of towels. And, it smells wonderful! We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella, but we didn't need to - they have plenty! It's on the quieter end of the beach with a couple restaurants in walking distance, and there isn't a better view anywhere in PCB. On our last evening there, we had a dolphin show right in front of the condo. A group of maybe 3 or 4 were jumping out of the water and whirling around just like they were performing for a crowd! When we plan our next trip, we're headed right back here, and it can't be soon enough.

THE CLEANEST CONDO WE HAVE EVERY STAYED IN. VERY FRESH SMELLING WHEN YOU WALK IN. JUST LIKE HOME,HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED JUST LIKE THE PICTURES SHOW. VERY ROOMY FOR THE FIVE OF US. NEIL AND SHEILA WERE NICE AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH . VERY CARING CHRISTIAN PEOPLE. LOCATION IS GREAT, CLOSE TO GROCERY STORES, EATING PLACES AND SHOPPING. Great Condo!

This was without a doubt the condo with everything you could possibly need/want for your stay. I always take hand soap. Did not need it! Beach chairs. Did not need mine! The coffee maker died on our second day. Called Shelia and there was one at the front desk in few hours. So enjoyed meeting the Howell's and highly recommend this condo to everyone! We hope to stay there again very soon!

Magnificent!!

Words can not even begin to describe the tranquility of this condo. There is NO stress. NO need to worry about a thing! Neil & Shelia make sure that every need an expectation are exceeded. The condo was immaculate...welcoming and comfortable all at the same time. From the furnishings to the stocked drawers & cabinets...you are left not needing or wanting for anything. Can I just mention the beds!?!? HEAVENLY!!! I literally stayed in bed one entire day....my family thought I was sick....NOPE...just enjoying the relaxation & admiring that BEAUTIFUL view!! :O) We spent some time on the sand but we also spent a lot of time in cooking, watching movies and just being together as a family. We did venture out to Captain Jacks, Applebees & the Marble Slab Creamery was FANTASTIC! Deeeeeeeeeeelicious! We had breakfast several mornings on the balcony and watched the dolphins play.....our kids LOVED it! We also enjoyed renting jet skis for the morning of our daughters birthday....I believe she counted 20 dolphins that morning & also boating out to Shell Island. We found TONS of sand dollars &&& more dolphins! :O) In all of the years of vacationing with our children (18 yrs) we have never had an experience as nice and stress free as this & we have Neil & Shelia to thank for providing such an AMAZING place to stay. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with others...It's a great thing you do...you help families make forever memories. <3

Exceeded our expectations!

The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The attention to detail including all the extra thoughtful touches, made this feel like a home and not a rental unit. Our boys did not want to leave - and we didn't either. We appreciated the carpeting, as it was more comfortable, and our boys could lay on the floor and play games. We also loved that there was a full size pantry to use, along with plenty of cooking gear. The beach was awesome, having chairs and umbrellas to use was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The location was ideal, it was close enough to shops, yet private enough that the beach was not over crowded. Would love to come back for another visit! Neil and Shelia were excellent at communicating with us. They were very informative, answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our visit. They also refunding our security deposit quickly. We loved the Pirate's Cruise for our boys, ages 5,7,9 - it was a lot of fun! Highly Recommend - you will not be disappointed!

Neil and Shelia's condo is beautiful, The large kitchen, the comfortable living area, and the large shower in the master bath are just a few comforts that made this condo stand out. Neil and Shelia are good people who care about the little things. The detailed instructions and restaurant information was very useful. The condo was very clean, very well furnished, and very well decorated. Neil and Shelia were easy to get a hold of and called to welcome us and make sure that everything was just right. We had a great stay. We would recommend this condo. Thank You!

Fantastic , fabulous, Home away from Home Condo! Beautifully decorated and WAY above our expectations!! We all had a great time at Panama City Beach and we enjoyed our stay. The owners provided so many little things: books, cards, movies, scissors, band aids, even binoculars. The view was wonderful, the master shower was to die for, and this had to be the best nights rest I have had in 20 Years! Thanks to the owners!!! What a fabulous place you have!

Wonderful vacation spot! Beautiful view from the balcony, Above expectations! This condo is beautifully decorated and the ideal spot to stay. The master shower was to die for and the master bed was very comfortable. The owners had everything you need to make yourself at home. We enjoyed watching the sting rays and the sea life from the balcony, and the binoculars came in handy. Everyone had a fantastic time. A great big Thank You to the owners for sharing this beautiful place with us!

Very Nice Condo

We recently had the opportunity to stay in this condo unit and were very impressed with the accomodations. The photos are representative of the condo, but it is even nicer when you actually get to see it. Neil and Shelia have done an outstanding job in the beautiful furnishings and decor. They also have their unit very well stocked with lots of extra kitchen and bath towels, a wide variety of pots and pans, dishes etc. Neil and Shelia keep you well informed and are very helpful with any questions or concerns regarding reservations etc. They clean their own unit and it shows. If you choose to stay at this condo, you will not be disappointed. We hope to stay here again soon.

My family and I just got back from 8 days at this beautiful condo and I can honestly say we cant wait to come back. Everything about this condo was more than we expected. When we first walked in the condo we are so impressed by the owner's commitment to make sure everything was clean, comfortable and stocked to ensure the perfect family vacation. The owners were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure that not only was the condo ready for our enjoyment but also that we had everything we needed. We are already planning our next visit.

This is Where YOU Want to Stay!

We spent Thanksgiving week at this Condo. This was our second visit and I must say that Neil & Sheila are wonderful hosts and think of those little things that matter while on vacation. The unit is clean and tastefully decorated with a beautiful view of the beach. We have been vacationing in PCB since 1996 and this is the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed and Neil & Sheila are hands on in the rental process. Schooners, Scampys and Montego Bay are within walking distance. I would recommend this condo to anyone coming to PCB.

We were so excited to come back to PCB again and especially to stay in this beautiful condo again - and for 2 weeks this time. It felt like coming back to a friendly familiar place. We were also pleased to meet Sheila & Neil. They are as gracious and friendly as we expected. Our visit was all we expected and more. The condo was still as well-maintained, beautiful, clean and comfortable as last year and actually furnished with more amenities ( I was even able to find a paper clip when I needed one)! We always felt that everything in this immaculatey clean condo was there for our comfort and use, never off-limits as in other condos where we have stayed in the past. The great pride that the Howells have invested in this property shows in every aspect of this condo. We can't imagine that anyone could ever have less than an excellent experience staying in this condo and we hope to come back again soon!

We will definitely return to this condo whenever we visit Panama City Beach. The owners actually clean the condo themselves and it is certainly the cleanest condo I've ever seen. It is beautifully decorated nd the owners have thought of every detail to make you feel at home. The well stocked kitchen made meal planning easy for my family of five. Having flat screen TVs in the bedrooms helped satisfiy everyones different taste in entertainment. Our teen twins love sleeping in the "closet". The bunk beds are the perfect place for them to close the bi-fold doors and cuddle up while texting friends, playing on their ipods or reading a good book before turning in for the night. As for the other beds, nothing but a good night's sleep on these comfy mattresses. This condo is a luxurious, tropical getaway! Loved it!

THE HOME BY THE SEA WILL BE YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This was our familys second stay in this wonderfull home by the sea. .. Last year we were shocked at how truly wonderfull this place was, this year we still walked in and said its every bit wonderfull as we remember. The visit starts with the first moment you speak to either Sheila or Neil. You know right away you are not taking to an employee who doesnt care if you stay there or not. They want to know what it takes to make you happy. They communicate extremely well. You are never left wondering what you need to do next. Everything in the rooms are first rate. Here you will have everything you need to make your feel at home. Eating in here is better than any restaraunt experience you will have. When you first open the door you can see the care and attention to detail that has gone into making this place special. The master bedroom is beyond belief and the shower is to kill for lol. The kids will love the built in bunk beds and someone will really enjoy the second bedroom with a view of the marina. I sent the howells an email to let them know we arrived and were just as pleased this year as were last. I did meniton one thing about thinking the light in the bathroom had blown. I swear within four minutes we had a phone call telling us no its not blown this is what you need to do. Not one bit of anger or frustration. They just want to help you have the best time you can. The condo is immaculate and you will not find dust anywhere. The bed is incredilbly comfortable and be sure to take full advantage of their spacious balcony. You will enjoy every minute you spned her. There is no doubt if they will have us we will be back in 2012.

Great oceanfront location! We watched dolphins from the balcony during lunch, and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets during dinner. The condo is very spacious and wonderfully decorated. The owners have supplied everything you need to feel "at home" while on vacation. The beds are super comfy, and we found the condo to be quiet and peaceful at night. The owners were easy to work with and the rental process was handled very professionaly. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved the condo! The Howell's are great people! The condo feels like home, it is beautifully decorated. The pictures don't due it justice! We have been staying at Treasure Island for years, it is a very relaxing, safe area for your family to enjoy a wonderful relaxing vacation. They have security on the property if you should need anything. The area is a great rental area, you are within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and schooners beachside restaurant. We will keep coming back every chance we get! We had a great vacation and this condo is the best unit we have stayed in!! The King size Simmons pillow top will give you a great nights rest and then enjoy breakfast on the balcony! Heaven! The beach is breathtaking!! Thanks again Neil and Sheila!!

We just returned from this condo. The condo was very nice and clean. The rooms are very big with lots of closet and extra space. Furnishings are top quality and everything you need is in the condo. Lots of kitchen pans, crockpot, and utensils if you plan on cooking. Resort pool and grounds were clean and well kept. No problems with parking. Loved this condo, would book again.

My family and our best friend's family stayed in this AMAZING condo the week of July 4th. This condo is absolutely stunning! The decor is gorgeous, the beds are soooo comfortable and the kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need! I don't have one single complaint about our stay. The pool and beach was perfect and there is a little store on premises for ice, drinks, snacks and just about anything else you could need! I can't wait to come back to this condo next year!!

This was our 11th summer to visit the beach. This is the BEST condo we have ever stayed in. I am a clean freak and this condo exceeded my expections. It was very clean and well stocked. It has beautful decorations. The view from our balcony was wonderful. It is not far from the elevators. The nosie level was low. The Howells are wonderful people to deal with. They even contacted us on arrival to be sure everything was ok. The photos are exactly what it looks like. I would highly recommend this condo!

The Most Beautiful Condo we have ever stayed in - EVER!!! We will try our best to stay in this condo every year. What a great place to celebrate our oldest daughter's graduation from UGA and youngest daughter's first year of college. Being able to walk to Schooners to eat, stare at the beautiful ocean enjoy my family. Heaven!! There was not one thing we needed other than our clothes and food. We felt as if we were staying in a Five Star Hotel. I am already counting the days until next year. Sheila and Neil - Thank you for making our vacation one of the best.

Our family travels to PCB at least once every year. We've rented many beautiful condos over the years, even some at Treasure Island. However, this unit is our new favorite! We have two teenage daughters, and they agree as well. The condo is decorated very tastefully, with the perfect "beachy," cozy feel. The owners spared no expense, from the furniture to the amenities. Having been burned before, we've learned to bring a lot of gear, just in case the condos didn't have everything we needed. On the first night, we returned it all to our SUV. Didn't need a thing! It's obvious that the owners take a lot of pride in their condo and have personally made a point to think of everything. It may have been one of the most immaculate units we've seen as well, which is really important to me. Our older daughter just graduated, and we had the perfect week to celebrate her achievements, thanks to this gorgeous condo.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach-front condo. The Howell's have really included all of the amenities you would need for a great vacation. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and supplies. The beach umbrellas were a nice addition on a very hot and sunny week. The location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets yet it is located on the less congested side of Panama City Beach. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

The location of the condo is perfect and the view is great for watching the dolphins and sting rays or just to sit and relax. The Best On The Beach

My wife and I visit Panama City Beach 3 to 4 times a year and always rent a condo on VRBO. We have stayed in 8 different complexes and, of all, Treasure Island is our favorite. Neil and Shelia have decorated and outfitted their unit with love and care. This is by far the cleanest and best equipped condo we've ever seen. If you're looking for luxury this is where you want to be. The furnishings are Ritz Carlton quality and the Howell's have thought of and supplied everything you might need. You won't find more attentive and responsive owners....they even clean the condo themselves so it's always immaculate and you freel like you're the first ones to ever stay there. So pamper yourselves and try this beautiful condo. We loved it and you will too!

My husband and I shared this stylishly decorated condo with my sister and her husband. We have been renting condos for 25 + years and this condo wins the blue ribbon. Not only do they have everything you need, it is of the best quality. The very best part, however, are the owners. Neil and Sheila are available and easy to work with. Best Condo By Far

First and foremost, if this unit is available for the period you are interested in book it quickly and we'll tell you why! We rented this beautifully decorated, immaculate condo for 2 months. As our various dinner guests would attest to this was a perfect home away from home. We had rented other Treasure Island condos over the years but this unit was easily in a class by itself. The Howells have thought of everything as we lacked for nothing during our 2 month stay. The unit also has an excellent ocean/beach view from a comfortable long and wide balcony. Restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations are all nearby. The building itself is also very well maintained as the staff keep the landscaping, pool area, lobby and elevators in tip top shape.

We have stayed at Treasure Island each year since it's opening and have always had a good experience but, staying in the Howell's condo this time was by far the best! Their condo is beautifully and meticulously decorated. It seems that our every need was anticipated. We have stayed in many beach condos and always have had that little feeling that we were intruding or that we were not trusted to use any of the owner's belongings (lots of things under lock & key). This could not be further from the truth in the Howell's condo. We felt as if we were trusted family guests with every possible need, even down to a pre-paid calling card, being made available for our use! We were so comfortable in the beautiful surroundings and would love to make a return visit. Thank you, Neil & Shelia!!

We found this Condo to be extremely comfortable and clean. We have stayed at other units in Treasure Island, and this,by far, was the cleanest both inside and outside on the balcony. The decor was outstanding and very comfortable. The owners, Neil and Sheila, made sure that the Condo was well equipped with everything, one would need to make their stay most enjoyable. We are looking forward to renting this Condo again in 2011.

The Howell's condo is by far the nicest condo we've stayed in. Our family has been vacationing in PCB for 30+ years. We have stayed at other properties as well as other units in this same complex, of which none compare to the Howell's condo. The condo is beautifully decorated! Neil and Shelia have thought of everything to truly make this a home away from home. They were very nice to work with and were in contact to make sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner. We look forward to staying here again.

My husband and I have been traveling to PCB for last five years and this condo by far is the nicest and most comfortable we have stayed in. Treasure Island has a very nice swimming pool, beach area and is within walking distance of several great restaurants. Especially Schooner's which is a great place to have lunch or dinner. We stayed from August 15 - 22, 2010. Neil and Shelia were great to work with and we plan to visit again soon.

My family stayed at this fantastic condo July 3-10. We have been staying in condos at PCB for the last 25 years and this has to be the BEST one yet! The Howells were great to work with...we were concerned about the oil ( which we never saw-thank goodness!) and they assured us we would be treated fairly about our refund if the oil did come. The condo is perfect! The Howells have thought of everything. They have great movies for your family and great books. My daughter has decided she needs a new mattress after a week in the comfy bed! My husband enjoyed the recliner and big screen TV. We will definitely rent this unit again. We want to thank the Howells once again for sharing their beautiful beach home!

WOW....this unit is top notch...my mother had never been to PCB or even stayed in a condo and didn't know what to expect....she was very impressed....she raved about the condo the entire trip...she called the bed scrumptious! Everything you need they have! When I asked if they had an umbrella for the beach and a griddle, Sheila and Neil went out and purchased an umbrella and a griddle...When my daughter could not get on the internet, Sheila came back to the condo to assist her and got her laptop up and running. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and they had everything...even ziploc storage containers to store left overs. Our family has been renting in PCB for the last twenty years and this was the best condo...the bunk beds were a big hit too! The view from the balcony - breath taking....The condo is close to Schooners and Boatyard...and the Treasure Ship which they are working on because of the fire in April...but once it's open again you are close to Hooks which is a casual, waterfront restaurant/bar with live music. Usually you can find something wrong but my family didn't have one comment about Sheila and Neil's condo. If you do rent this unit, please keep it nice...so that we can enjoy again next summer! The water was beautiful and no oil! Thanks for such a nice condo...it really made our vacation so special....

Ok, up front I have to qualify myself. I am a friend of Neil and Shelia's and as such I've gotten a sneak peek at this property and their renovations and I can honestly say, they have done a wonderful job with renovating this condo and making it such a cozy place to stay. The property in very convenient, very clean and the beaches are to die for. As I said, I know Neil and Shelia, they are all about the details. We visited over the Memorial Day weekend and were extemely impressed. As any good purveyor of beach property knows, the value is in location (it's got it!), views (check!), comfortable furnishings (double check!) and the beach (incredible!). The location can't be beat. It's the closest condo to the "Y" on Thomas Drive and that makes for easy access to and from. Also, it's the closest condo to the world famous Cap't Anderson's Seafood Restaurant just across the lagoon bridge (currently being widened). Their 9th floor views are spectacular at all times of the day. Ever see pelicans in flight close up? On this floor they fly right by you. It's awesome. And the sunsets......Wow! As I said, Neil and Shelia are all about detail, and that shows in how they've comfortably and attractively appointed the unit. It smacks of quality, comfort and convenience with brand new furnishings througout and HDTVs in each room. The beach may be one of if not the best in PCB. The world renowned soft white powder sand is there of course, and the beach slope is perfect for wadding, swimming and skim boarding. We even had an angel fish swim around us for 20 minutes close enough to touch. Bottom line, this place is awesome! You're sure to have a great time and comfortable stay. I'll say it again, I've been to beaches all over the world (Carribean, Meditteranean, California, Hawaii, etc.) and it's just hard to beat Panama City Beach for quality beaches and affordability. This property has it all!
