Luxurious master bath designed with rich natural stones of tumbled marble and travertine, double sinks, frameless glass shower with dual heads, and an extra-deep jet tub.

Split-bedroom floor plan allows more privacy for families. Large master bedroom features a feather-top king, four-poster bed, hand-carved armoire and dresser, suede window treatments and private exit to backyard. Bedroom 2 & 3 feature queen-size beds and bedroom 4 includes a daybed with a pop-up trundle along with a one-person steam capsule(great for detoxifying, arthritis, or just relaxing). Also, there are two roll-away beds for additional guests.

Cozy reading room with over-stuffed chairs and an impressive hand-hewn bookshelf stocked with books and board games.

Elegant, formal dining room with crystal chandelier. Fully-equipped kitchen features smooth-top range, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, natural stone counters designed with grapevine listels, new maple cabinets, breakfast bar and table. Kitchen opens up to a large family room equipped with a stereo/CD player, Cable TV, DVD player, and XBOX game system.

The backyard boasts a large patio overlooking an organic herb and vegetable garden (seasonal) for your use, a rear wall of vibrant red hibiscus and many showy tropical flowers.

We take pride in our homes and guarantee an immaculate home upon arrival. And if there are any problems or questions we are only 15 minutes away. Please, no smoking. Most pets okay. Weekly cleaning service, in-home massage, catered meals, and special occasion requests (i.e. wine, flowers, baskets, etc.) are also available. We can email several more photos upon request.

Located only 20 minutes south of Scottsdale, 5 minutes from the 101 freeway, and 10 minutes from the US60 & I-10 freeways - we are conveniently located to most everything. Many first-class golf courses are only minutes away, including Ocotillo, a 27-hole championship course. With-in walking distance (three blocks) is a large park that offers a public pool, baseball fields, basketball courts, playground, volleyball, and picnic areas. Also, within walking distance (less than a mile) is Historic Downtown Chandler, Heritage Museum, Arizona Railway Museum, San Marcos Resort and Golf Course, Kokopelli Winery, boutique shops, and weekly organic farmers market.
