The spacious Beachfront balcony features a bar height dining table with chairs for 4, perfect for having dinner while watching the dolphins. Two Adirondack chairs on the balcony are the perfect place to read a book.
The beach is off the beaten path of the more crowded public beaches of Tybee, ideal for families with small children. Many condo buildings on Tybee require you to cross a busy public road to actually get to the beach, but not here. We are directly on the beach, making it much easier to get young children and beach gear to the beach and easy to go back inside if someone needs a restroom break or nap or to grab a snack and extra towels.We are only a few minutes walk along the beach to lighthouse point.
Cool off with a dip in the pool, only steps from the private boardwalk to the beach.
Boat launches are only minutes away to either The Savannah River, Bull Creek, or The Atlantic Ocean, all of which are great sea kayaking or jet skiing venues.

Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tybee for Spring Break. Despite being too cold to get in the, water we enjoyed many walks on the beach and found the island had plenty to do including kayaking trips fun for teens. The condo is perfectly located. Being in a gated community provides the feel of a private (never crowded) beach but Downtown Savannah is just 20 min away. Savannah with it's wonderful historic houses, restaurants, art galleries and museums proved to be a great entertaining and educational opportunity for the whole family. My sister and I recently spent a week in this lovely condo. It was our first time to Tybee Island; it will not be our last. The condo was very nice; it felt like home. We saw cargo ships the size of small cities, dolphins so close to the shore we could have touched them, a starfish one morning, shrimp boats going in and out of harbor, and we found a swing tucked into the dunes where we spent time each morning watching all this take place around us. We spent hours at the beach AND outside on the large balcony. If I could recommend one thing, it would be to have had a chaise or two on the balcony. Otherwise, it was just perfect. Residents at the complex were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was the best vacation I have taken in quite some time.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This part of tybee is quiet and less developed. The beach is NEVER crowded even on holiday weekends. We are truly a hidden gem on tybee!
