Available is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in Foley, AL. The structure is brick and stacked stone to give the old world charm. It is conveniently located near the Tanger Outlet Mall, Walmart, several restaurants and more. Just 15 minutes from the beautiful white-sand beaches of Gulf Shores, AL. The complex has a lovely waterfall swimming pool that is very close to our unit.
The condominium is on the second floor. It is 1,242 sq. ft., heated and cooled with nine foot ceilings and screened-in porch that is 87 sq. ft. (outside storage, just off the porch, is 20 sq. ft). A washer and dryer is included and the condominium is fully furnished. There is no WiFi in the unit.

The condo was immaculate and well-furnished but it was the ease and professionalism of the transaction that impressed me the most. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and did everything in a timely fashion. I am happy to record this recommendation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
