Beautiful apartment on the 3° floor (no lift) in a building of the 17th century placed rue Galande (75005) near Saint-Michel place and Notre-Dame cathedral; Saint-Michel, Maubert-Mutualité and Cluny-Sorbonne subway stations.
* Surface is 65 m² (700 Sq.Ft). Sight on the spire of Notre-Dame. 3 meters height under ceiling. Hardwood floor. It is extremely luminous and very quiet.
* You have a bedroom on a back-yard, therefore VERY CALM. The bed measures 140x200 cm with high quality mattress. The second bed, (140*200) in the living-room, is a leather sofa-bed with a high-quality mattress.
* Bathroom with bath-tub, wall and hand-shower and two wash-hands basins.
* A large living room. There is a fireplace, a big marble table (Knoll) for dining and 5 chairs.

Location is a 10+--great neighborhood with all the local amenities one comes to Paris for, plus a bit of a view of the towers of Notre Dame. Alexandre is a congenial host, the flat is lovely. It does NOT have a real oven so cooks might not wish to choose this one....you have to use a microwave to heat up your fresh croissants. Loved the antique decor, bedroom was quiet. Flat is on the third floor so if stairs are an issue you might wish to look for a flat with an elevator.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
