  We really can't say enough great things about this location. We have family in Pacific Beach - so being close to them was a priority, but of course we were hoping to be close to the water as well. This had it all! The unit is ocean front - so we watched the sunsets every night - close to everything! The pool and common sitting areas were great - and our kids loved getting to go in the hot tub after being in the ocean. The condo itself was perfectly clean when we arrived. Very spacious and even nicer in person than it looked on the site! Everything we needed was provided for us. I spoke with Courtney as we were booking - who was friendly and very helpful. Without a question - we will stay here again!

• Great Condo!

  We liked what we saw online and decided to rent this condo. It far exceeded our expectations with the proximity to the boardwalk and beach, and the included amenities were way more than we expected. We overpacked quite a bit. Next year we won't need to bring nearly as much because everything we need is already there. We walked out the front door of the condo, and down the steps onto the boardwalk. Just another stairway down to the beach. We loved every minute of our stay, and great stores and restaurants are just a short walk away. Thanks!

  As San Diego natives now living in the SF Bay Area we looked for a place to stay near one of my old surfing haunts (Tourmaline Canyon and PB). This condo is in a great location, close to the beach and all it has to offer. Nice restaurants and cool bars, all within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our week in this comfortable and clean condo. The owners have furnished the condo with just about anything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. We highly recommend it. The only nit pik is that the blinds in the dining room open from the wrong direction casuing them to bang around when the window is open to bring in that fresh ocean air. Also, I would recommend that the condenser on the refrigerator be cleaned. The refrigerator motor seemed to run more than it should. With those minor nit piks, we still plan to stay here again soon.

  Incredible Location! Incredible property! I brought my family (including two children under 5) to California for the Thanksgiving holiday. We searched numerous locations in the San Diego area. This location provided us with a perfect spot to be along the beach, close to San Diego downtown yet in a beautiful and somewhat more relaxed setting than most of Pacific Beach. There is a wonderful beach right outside the condo that is perfect for kids and a mellow stroll. The pier just to the south is clean and safe and makes for a beautiful place to watch the sunset. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and having the path right outside the building is great for bike rides and running. The property is in immaculate condition with all amenities provided. We felt right at home. The kitchen has everything you would need and the bedrooms are large with ocean views. The place is kid friendly and even has some beach toys and a stroller for use (big surprise for us). Since the unit is on the ground floor access is very easy but the building is secure and safe. Our interactions with the owners was very good. They provided us all the information we needed and were extremely responsive. One huge bonus was the parking spot as parking is somewhat challenging (due to it being in a desirable area). We would rent this unit again in the future and plan to. We looked at a number of places in the area and this was by far one of the best around. Well worth the money. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful rental.
