We hope that you make our 2nd home, yours too! Located on the Gulf of Mexico of the infamous emerald sea in the quaint village of Seagrove, EMERALD HILL is one of the most well-maintained condominium complexes in SEAGROVE along the beaches of SOUTH WALTON.
This unit is a 1500 sq. ft townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 large balconies & 1 car garage. You can enjoy the beautiful gulf & pool views from the balconies. We are close to both Seaside (1 mile) and Rosemary Beach (3 miles) along 30-A which is very special place to visit. There is no other place like it in Florida.
The family room has a couch with a loveseat. The couch is a queen sleeper. There is a large balcony overlooking the pool right off the family room. The dining room table seats 6-8 and the kitchen has a bar for additional guests. The TV in the family room is a Sony Wega 32" flat screen with a DVD and VCR.
The Master bedroom is EXTRA large with a King size bed and Jacuzzi bath & shower. The second bedroom has a private bath with a queen size bed. Both rooms has designer linens and comforts of home including TV's and VCR's. Located on the 2nd floor of the unit, the master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool and gulf too.
Our unit is a great value when you compare to other units in the area on the South Side of 30-A. With direct access to the beach and a private complex pool that is surrounded by grassy area and umbrella tables, you will find it offers more than you expect. It sits right in the middle of Seaside and Rosemary Beach- 2 world class areas.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Hill
One trip to Seagrove and we were hooked. There are no other beaches like it. The area is classy but comfortable and has so much to offer. This condo is extra large and super close to the beach. The complex is so nice and well put together.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love having 2 private balconies off the family room and master bedroom and sitting on either one reading. The sunsets from the beach access steps are amazing each night. The grounds are so well maintained and create a very calm and relaxing environment. The time we spend in Fl refreshes our soul.

We absolutely loved our vacation here in May 2011. We have 2 young children and it was perfect for all of us. We loved the property. It was really beautiful and well kept. The close proximity to the ocean and restaurants were wonderful. We loved the comfortable furnishings and the bikes provided were a great treat. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Thank you for allowing others to share in the beauty of your Emerald Hill property. Your home is beautifully decorated and comfortable living at it's best. The rooms are spacious, the bedrooms each with their own bath is a luxury, and the kitchen is more than well equipped for meals. Our morning routine consists of enjoying breakfast on the balcony, and welconing the new day. Evenings on the balcony are a time to watch the sunset, and marvel at the beauty of the ocean. TV's in every room are appreciated, as well as the beach toys and the bicycles. The town of Sea Grove and neighboring Seaside and Rosemary Beach are so charming. We rode bikes to town every day, enjoying the bustle of activity. We tried out the restaurants you suggested and loved them all. Everything you advertised on your listing was accurate and even more than expected. There's no way to convince guests how relaxing your property is until you experience it, but it's all that and more. Thanks again for your flexibility in helping us choose the best week based on our schedule, and for the ease with which we did business. We are sure to return and look forward to another great vacation.
