Our comfortable home is located in the historic district just a pleasant 10 minute walk from Main St and the restaurants, shops, galleries, theaters and whaling museum. The shuttle bus is one block away with service to the rest of the island including beaches. We are a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach.
The first floor of the house has a living room, dining room with seating for 6, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom (with tub and shower) and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, gas stove and sub zero refrigerator. The island seats three on stools and there is also a small table for two.
The second floor includes a family room, a full bath with shower and three bedrooms (one with a queen, one with a double bed and one with twin beds).
There is also a small playroom in the basement with a third tv set.
The landscaped patio has a gas grill, table with 4 seats and Adirondack and steamer chairs for extra seating. We also have beach chairs and beach umbrella.
